In articolul de mai jos iti raspundem la toate intrebarile pe care le ai despre turmeric (\u201eCe gust are?\u201d, de exemplu) si iti oferim tips-uri interesante despre toate utilizarile acestui condiment-minune.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce este turmericul?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11940 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-curcuma.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-curcuma.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-curcuma-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Turmericul (pe numele sau latinesc,<em> Curcuma longa<\/em>) este o planta cu origine asiatica, din familia <em>Zinziberaceae<\/em>, ruda buna cu ghimbirul, cu care se aseamana si ca forma, si din punct de vedere al intesitatii aromei. Pudra de turmeric se obtine din tulpina subterana a plantei (rizomul), care este fiarta, uscata si pisata marunt. Turmericul se cultiva in China, Taiwan, Indonezia si pe continentul african, acolo unde clima este calda, temperaturile obisnuite se situeaza in jurul valorii de 20-30 de grade si precipitatiile sunt abundente pe parcursul anului.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In bucataria traditionala indiana turmericul reprezinta un indragit condiment, cunoscand o larga raspandire datorita gustului sau aromat specific si capacitatii de colorare a preparatelor, care devin astfel mai atragatoare vizual si par a contine mai multa grasime decat au de fapt. Culoarea specifica a turmericului este data de curcumina (considerata de unii specialisti a fi cel mai puternic compus antiinflamator natural). In afara de curcumina, turmericul mai contine carbohidrati, proteine, grasimi, vitaminele B2, B3, B6, C si E, minerale (sodiu, potasiu, calciu, cupru, fier, magneziu, mangan, fosfor, zinc), uleiuri esentiale si fibre.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce gust are turmericul?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11944 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-sau-curcuma.jpg\" alt=\"turmeric sau curcuma\" width=\"640\" height=\"486\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-sau-curcuma.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-sau-curcuma-324x246.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-sau-curcuma-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Turmericul are, asa cum spuneam, un gust specific, puternic aromat, oarecum asemanator piperului ca iuteala si usor amarui, in acelasi timp. Pentru ca aroma sa este pregnanta, folosirea in preparatele culinare trebuie facuta fara exagerare, existand riscul ca, in loc de a potenta, sa acopere aromele ingredientelor folosite.<\/p>\n<h2>In ce forma gasesti turmericul?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turmericul se gaseste cel mai des sub forma de pudra, pentru ca este cel mai usor mod de a-l pastra timp indelungat si, in acelasi timp, si cel mai simplu de integrat in preparatele tale culinare. In plus, curcumina extrasa din turmeric poate fi gasita in magazinele naturiste si la cele de tip plafar si sub forma de pastile. Intrucat stim cat este de bun pentru sanatate, am decis sa il aducem si pe rafturile magazinului nostru online. Una dintre cele mai importante evidentiaza faptul ca degradarea celulelor nervoase este incetinita de actiunea curcuminei din turmeric. Aceasta previne aparitia placilor dintre neuroni, reduce stresul oxidativ si imbunatateste fluxul sangvin cerebral.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul iti mentine rinichii sanatosi<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este cunoscut faptul ca, pentru un organism detoxifiat, care isi indeplineste corect functiile, o pereche de rinichi sanatosi reprezinta o conditie de baza. Atunci cand acestia sunt afectati, o serie de toxine trec in sange, cu urmari dintre cele mai grave. Si uite asa alimentatia potrivita te ajuta sa ai o inima mai sanatoasa!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul te ajuta sa reduci inflamatiile<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turmericul este unul dintre cele mai cunoscute alimente cu efect antiinflamator, asadar adaugarea acestuia in preparatele culinare nu doar ca te ajuta sa combati inflamatiile, dar actioneaza si preventiv, impiedicandu-le sa apara. Alimentele antiinflamatoare sunt cunoscute pentru efectul lor in prevenirea si combaterea bolilor cronice\u00a0si degenerative \u2013 de inima, cancer, Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul si combaterea cancerului<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11950 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cancer.jpg\" alt=\"turmeric cancer\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cancer.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cancer-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Pentru cancer nu exista inca vindecare, dar o alimentatie santoasa, bazata pe fructe si legume, poate sa creasca efectul mecanismului natural de aparare al organismului tau impotriva acestei cumplite boli. Folosirea regulata a turmericului in preparatele tale culinare poate sa impiedice raspandirea celulelor canceroase, iar organismul tau le va recunoaste mai usor si le va distruge mai eficient. Cercetarile au aratat ca anumite forme de cancer (cum ar fi cel de prostata, de colon, de san si pulmonar) sunt de aproape 10 ori mai rar intalnite in India, unde se consuma mult turmeric, fata de alte continente (cum sunt cel american si european), unde curcuma se consuma ocazional.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul si efectul sau antioxidant<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Curcumina are puternice proprietati antioxidante,\u00a0neutralizand radicalii liberi si stimuland enzimele antioxidante ale corpului. Cu ajutorul curcuminei, organismul tau se apara mult mai bine de actiunea radicalilor liberi, iar rezistenta sa creste.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul te poate ajuta sa slabesti<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11952 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire.jpg\" alt=\"turmeric cura slabire\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-cura-slabire-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Persoanele care urmeaza o dieta de slabire sau cele care doresc sa isi mentina silueta zvelta, trebuie sa includa regulat in alimentatie acest condiment. Turmericul are proprietatea de a te ajuta sa scapi de toxine, de\u00a0 a diminua retentia de apa si de a avea\u00a0o digestie sanatoasa, fiind un adjuvant de nadejde in lupta cu kilogramele in plus.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Detoxifierea ficatului cu turmeric<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nivelul ficatului, turmericul actioneaza prin cresterea productiei de enzime, cu ajutorul carora acest organ isi indeplineste functiile mai rapid si cu mai mare eficienta. In aceste conditii, riscul de a dezvolta boli hepatice devine mai mic.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul in medicina naturista<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In special in Orient (acolo unde este mult mai cunoscut decat in tara noastra), turmericul a fost folosit din cele mai vechi timpuri pentru probleme legate de digestie, probleme hepatice, infectii de diferite tipuri, pe post de cicatrizant si ca remediu impotriva artritei reumatoide.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11954 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-artrita.jpg\" alt=\"turmeric artrita\" width=\"640\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-artrita.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-artrita-324x229.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/turmeric-artrita-100x70.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Turmericul \u2013 contraindicatii si efecte adverse<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In mod normal, turmericul nu dauneaza cu nimic sanatatii tale, daca il folosesti in mod rational, pe post de condiment. Excesul insa, ca in orice alta situatie, poate sa aiba efecte neplacute: greata, indigestie, crampe abdominale, agravarea problemelor legate de vezica biliara sau chiar febra si eruptii cutanate. Turmericul poate scadea nivelul zaharului in sange, deci trebuie consumat cu grija de catre diabetici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studiile de specialitate care au analizat actiunea curcuminei, antioxidantul prezent in radacina de turmeric\/curcuma, au evidentiat faptul ca aceasta, consumata in doze mari, poate sa interfereze cu unele medicamente anitcoagulante, deoarece subtiaza sangele. Deci nu fa exces de turmeric daca suferi de hemofilie sau urmeaza sa te operezi. Curcumina poate afecta si medicamentele impotriva cancerului, folosite in chimioterapie.
