Poate ca ai fost si tu in situatia respectiva, de aceea ne-am gandit ca ar fi util sa discutam putin pe aceasta tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consumul de salata este, in opinia specialistilor in nutritie, un obicei alimentar pe cat de simplu de urmat, pe atat de sanatos. In plus el este realizat cu costuri minime in perioada calda a anului, cea in care gasim pe toate tarabele din piata legume proaspete, de provenienta autohtona. Pregatirea unei salate nu dureaza mai mult de 5 minute, iar introducerea ei in dieta zilnica aduce organismului o serie importanta de beneficii, asa cum suntem siguri ca stii deja.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<h5><strong>Adaugarea sosului in salata poate dubla sau chiar tripla valoarea calorica a acesteia. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In cazul in care mananci in oras sau comanzi preparate cu livrare la domiciliu, de cele mai multe ori, alaturi de salata, ti se ofera si un sos. Pliculetul cu sos nu este mare, in general are maxim 50 de g, dar daca intram pe site-ul unui cunoscut fast food romanesc, vedem, la sectiunea dedicata ingredientelor si informatiile nutritionale o informatie socanta: adaugarea sosului in salata poate dubla sau chiar tripla valoarea calorica a acesteia. Caloriile respective sunt aduse in cea mai mare parte de grasimi, caz in care este relativ inutil sa ne amagim: nu manancam pe atat de sanatos si slab caloric pe cum credeam initial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salatele sunt, intr-adevar sanatoase, daca sunt consumate asezonate cu zeama de lamaie, eventual insotite de foarte putin ulei de masline, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/ulei-de-susan-presat-la-rece-250ml-724.html\">ulei de susan<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/ulei-de-in-presat-la-rece-250-ml-719.html\">ulei de in extravirgin<\/a>, pulverizat. In prezenta unor sosuri atragatoare, ele devin o capcana, pentru ca sub aparenta de continut mic de calorii se ascunde un aliment care, de fapt, te ingrasa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iti prezentam in continuare cateva exemple de retete de salate care nu sunt doar gustoase, dar si extrem de sanatoase. In plus, au o mare calitate: te satura fara sa iti ofere calorii goale.<\/p>\n<h2>Salata Tabouleh<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este o salata absolut senzationala, de rezonanta exotica, pe care numai cei care nu au incercat-o nu o apreciaza. Chiar si persoanele care nu se dau in vant dupa patrunjel au recunoscut ca in aceasta combinatie aroma lui devine ispititoare. Se pregateste in numai cateva minute, dar te satura pentru o perioada indelungata. Ei bine, salata curcubeu este unul dintre cele mai bune exemple in acest sens: iti bucura mai intai privirea, apoi papilele gustative si, in final, stomacul.
