Lintea contine proteine vegetale sanatoase, iar asociata cu legume cum este telina, morcovul, ceapa sau cartoful, iti va aduce numai beneficii pentru sanatate. La sfarsit adauga untul de arahide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Curata cartofii si cartoful dulce si pune\u00ad\u2010i la fiert pana devin moi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zdrobeste cartofii manual sau cu mixerul, si amesteca\u00ad\u2010i cu dovleacul, laptele de soia si putina sare pana cand obtii o compozitie fina si cremoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pune lintea intr\u00ad\u2010un vas mare de yena, iar deasupra vei aseza piureul de cartofi si dovleac. Introduci vasul in cuptor la o temperatura moderata (180 grade C) timp de 20\u2013 25 de minute sau pana cand incepe sa capete o culoare aramie pe deasupra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Placinta ciobanului<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea, in special cea verde, trebuie lasata la inmuiat inainte de prepararea retetei pentru a scurta timpul de fierbere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In vechime lintea era supranumita\u00a0<em>carnea saracului<\/em>? Cei care nu isi permiteau sa\u00a0 cumpere si sa manance carne sau peste, din cauza saraciei, alegeau sa consume linte. Astazi, alegerea nu trebuie facuta neaparat din ratiuni financiare (desi si din acest punct de vedere ai numai de castigat), ci, mai ales pentru a te bucura de o sanatate mai buna.
