Indiferent in ce situatie ai fi, daca vrei sa ramai sanatos, trebuie sa iti adaptezi alimentatia in functie de specificul acestei perioade. De fapt, insasi natura pare a se adapta la anotimpul cald, intrucat acum apar pe tarabele din piete majoritatea fructelor si legumelor coapte in mod natural.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Daca natura se adapteaza la perioada calda, tu de ce nu ai face-o?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Citeste in continuare pentru a vedea care sunt schimbarile esentiale in perioada de vara pentru ca organismul tau sa fie plin de vitalitate si tu sa ai energia necesara de a-ti indeplini sarcinile zilnice.<\/p>\n<h2>Renunta pe cat posibil la zahar si grasimi<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carnea si, in general, toate grasimile de origine animala se digera mai greu decat legumele proaspete, iar efortul de digestie are urmatoarele efecte: in primul rand va produce caldura suplimentara, in al doilea rand va face corpul tau sa isi concentreze eforturile catre acest proces, nu pentru a-si regla temperatura. Asadar, te vei incalzi suplimentar si suntem siguri ca este ultimul lucru pe care ti-l doresti cand afara sunt peste 30 de grade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De asemenea, alimentele cu mult zahar adaugat vor incetini absorbtia nutrientilor in organism, asa incat nici ele nu iti sunt cele mai bune prietene, ca sa nu mai vorbim despre faptul ca vor dauna siluetei.<\/p>\n<h2>Profita la maxim de fructele si legumele proaspete<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este pacat sa nu profiti de explozia de fructe si legume proaspete pentru a oferi organismului tau doze generoase de vitamine si minerale esentiale. Salatele sunt cea mai buna alegere in aceasta perioada, iar pofta de dulce poate fi cu usurinta potolita cu ajutorul unor fructe aromate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9532\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe-648x486.jpg\" alt=\"fructe\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe-648x486.jpg 648w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe-324x243.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe-265x198.jpg 265w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/fructe.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exista, intre legume si fructe, unele care au un adevarat efect racoritor si antioxidant, datorita continutul crescut de apa din compozitie, iar acestea nu ar trebui sa lipseasca de pe masa familiei tale pe timp de vara: castravete, salata verde, spanac, dovlecei, broccoli, pepene, fructe de padure.<\/p>\n<h2>Evita bauturile care contin alcool<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toate bauturile alcoolice (da, inclusiv berea rece!) nu vor avea ca efect hidratarea, ci mai degraba deshidratarea organismului tau, care consuma mai multa apa decat in mod normal atunci cand incearca sa le metabolizeze. In plus, ele contin calorii goale, care nu vor folosi organismului tau la nimic, asa ca mai bine le eviti si le inlocuiesti, cum spuneam si anterior&#8230;tot cu apa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9531\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/bere-la-plaja-735x486.jpg\" alt=\"bere la plaja\" width=\"640\" height=\"423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/bere-la-plaja-735x486.jpg 735w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/bere-la-plaja-324x214.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/bere-la-plaja-768x508.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/bere-la-plaja.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Nu uita de hidratare<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toti specialistii in nutritie sunt de acord, fara dubiu: in perioada calda, organismul tau pierde prin transpiratie apa, asa incat este necesar sa acorzi o atentie deosebita hidratarii, pentru a te mentine sanatos! Hidratarea corecta inseamna apa plata sau ceaiuri din plante, in nici un caz din sucuri carbogazoase cu mult zahar adaugat, asa cum sunt majoritatea celor de pe piata. Nici macar sucurile din fructe nu te hidrateaza asa cum ai putea crede, ele se potrivesc mai degraba pe post de gustare sau ca parte din micul dejun. Indiferent cat de lichide ar parea, pe langa apa ele contin zaharuri naturale si nu au acelasi efect de hidratare pentru organismul tau cum o are banala&#8230;.apa. Daca nu ti-ai creat inca obisnuinta de a bea 6-8 pahare de apa pe zi, niciodata nu e prea tarziu: acest obicei bun se invata destul de usor, asadar pe masura ce iti vei obisnui organismul cu hidratarea, el o va accepta natural si chiar o va cere dupa o vreme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/limonada-729x486.jpg\" alt=\"limonada\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/limonada-729x486.jpg 729w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/limonada-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/limonada-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/limonada.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca apa plata nu te atrage, incearca sa consumi asa zisa apa fructata, adica apa in care ai lasat, peste noapte, cateva felii de fructe proaspete sau chiar petale de trandafiri (din soiul folosit si pentru dulceata).
