Dar, sa nu fim superficiali, doarece nu totul tine de felul in care aratam. Alegerile alimentare proaste ne strica sanatatea, mai intai de toate. Dar motivul pentru care mancam nesanatos stim care este? Fiecare dintre noi poate fi atras spre \u201c<em>dark side<\/em>\u201d de un anumit lucru. Sau mai multe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In urmatoarele randuri, se gasesc cele mai obisnuite motive pentru care ajungem sa mancam nesanatos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ne face mare placere atunci cand mancam ceva super gustos si aratos, dar care de fapt este plin de grasimi si alte rele. Insa abia apoi constientizam ca am facut un lucru ingrozitor si ne luam cu mainile de cap si\u2026 probabil de stomac. Pentru a ne opri din aceste obiceiuri nesanatoase, trebuie sa ne dam seama mai intai ce ne duce spre aceste apucaturi care ne pot zdruncina sanatatea.<\/p>\n<h2>Suntem satui de atatea decizii alimentare pe care le avem de luat<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Probabil cel mai adesea intalnit motiv pentru care dam iama in mancarea nesanatoasa tine de alegerile alimentare pe care trebuie sa le facem zi de zi. Nu numai ca trebuie sa gandim exact portiile, caloriile, ce feluri vor fi servite la cele 3 mese principale, plus gustari, pentru noi, dar daca mai avem si o familie numeroasa, trebuie sa facem asta pentru toata lumea. Asta inseamna ca suntem pur si simplu coplesiti de planificat, gatit, servit si atentionat lumea. Este logic sa mai sarim calul si sa apelam la mancarea semipreparata gasita prin magazine, la fast food si la congelatele care doar trebuie incalzite pentru a fi mancate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ce sa faci ca sa eviti asta: <\/strong><\/span>Ca sa fie cat mai simplu, incearca sa te axezi pe o dieta similara in fiecare zi sau sa iti planifici cumparaturile si mesele pe saptamana dinainte. Aici includem si felul in care mancam si ce anume mancam. Se pare ca dulciurile si junk-food-ul sunt cele mai servite lucruri atunci cand vrem sa ne salvam din calea stresului. Sunt cel mai usor de procurat si ne induc pentru moment ideea ca suntem mai fericiti, mai plini si mai energici. Dar este doar o iluzie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ce sa faci ca sa eviti asta: <\/strong><\/span>Mai intai trebuie sa iti dai seama care este factorul care te streseaza. Mai apoi, incearca sa te calmezi timp de jumatate de ora fara a te arunca in fata mancarii proaste si a dulciurilor care iti fac cu ochiul. Mai bine iesi afara si limpezeste-ti mintea sau incearca sa rezolvi situatia stresanta in care te afli.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9142\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/stress-729x486.jpg\" alt=\"stress\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/stress-729x486.jpg 729w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/stress-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/stress-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/stress.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Avem pofte alimentare<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posibil asociate cu stresul sau cu perioadele mai putin placute din viata femeilor (nu ma refer la sarcina), aceste pofte alimentare apar brusc si sunt destul de puternice. In aceste momente putem reactiona foarte urat daca nu vom manca ceea ce ne indeamna inima (sau creierul): deserturi, snacksuri, bauturi racoritoare carbogazoase si alte alimente ochioase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ce sa faci ca sa eviti asta: <\/strong><\/span>Este cam aceeasi solutie ca in cazul stresului. Trebuie sa iti dai seama care este lucrul ce te-a dus la asemenea pofte rapide si puternice ca sa poti sa le spui STOP inainte de a fi prea tarziu. Chiar eu pot confirma asta. Daca ma pun la somn tarziu si ma trezesc tarziu (sau poate devreme), nu apuc sa mananc micul dejun si sar direct la pranz si la gustari. In plus, faptul ca nu dorm suficient sau dorm prea mult imi scade abilitatea de a slabi, deoarece corpul are nevoie de hrana. Si cel mai la indemana imi sunt alimentele gata preparate sau gustarile nu prea bune (care totusi se gasesc in casa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ce sa faci ca sa eviti asta: <\/strong><\/span>Este destul de simplu cum se poate rezolva asta. Prin formarea unui program de somn regulat in fiecare zi a saptamanii (ei bine, poate exceptand weekendul). Nu este usor de facut, nici pentru mine, nici pentru tine daca ai un obicei de a te odihni haotic, dar pentru sanatatea ta o vei face.<\/p>\n<h2>Obisnuim sa traim momentul (poate mai mult decat ar trebui)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este atat de simplu sa ne lasam purtati de val atunci cand suntem fericiti si cand tentatiile sunt la indemana. La fel ca si atunci cand suntem printre prieteni si acestia au obiceiuri alimentare proaste. Tindem sa facem la fel, deoarece suntem oarecum presati de acestia si de situatie. Sau atunci cand este vreo perioada de sarbatoare, nu putem sa rezistam in fata mancarurilor aratoase (dar, vai, grase!) gatite de mama, si ajungem ca in doar 2-3 zile sa aratam si sa ne simtim destul de rau. Apoi ne vom plange de mila si tot asa mai departe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ce sa faci ca sa eviti asta: <\/strong><\/span>Inainte de a ajunge acasa de sarbatori sau de a merge la o petrecere sau la vreo iesire cu prietenii, stabileste-ti dinainte prioritatile. Permite-ti sa mananci ceva bun-bun, sau un desert mai bogat, dar impune-ti si limite. Si nu lasa presiunea sociala sau vorbele \u201c<em>Mananca tot din farfurie!<\/em>\u201d sa te copleseasca. In plus, si sportul ajuta, iesitul la aer curat si consumul de apa in mod regulat pe tot parcursul zilei.
