Acest pas are rolul de a face tarta ta mai cremoasa, pentru ca fructele uscate se vor marunti mult mai bine, transformandu-se intr-o pasta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curmalele contin o doza importanta de magneziu, un compus cu proprietati antiinflamatorii? Datorita prezentei magneziului, curmalele ajuta la calmarea durerilor si reducerea inflamatiei din organism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Datorita faptul ca induc o stare de satietate, taratele de psyllium sunt de mare ajutor in dietele de slabit?
