Modul in care ne alimentam si grija pe care o acordam produselor consumate se reflecta in exterior. Frumusetea fizica si sanatatea merg mana-n mana. Un corp sanatos, frumos si un psihic puternic se construiesc pornind de la o alimentatie echilibrata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In ziua de astazi clima s-a schimbat destul de mult, iar temperaturile care cresc sau scad brusc se joaca cu sistemul nostru imunitar. Adaugand la asta alimentatia si stilul nesanatos de viata pe care din ce in ce mai multi oamenii il adopta, vedem cum creste numarul gravelor afectiunilor fizice si psihice care ne schimba viata pentru totdeauna. Obezitatea, diabetul, cancerul, bolile cardiace, amenoreea, insuficienta hepatica, problemele dentare, infertilitatea, tulburarile digestive, atrofia musculara, refluxul gastro-esofagian, osteoporoza, depresia, dar si multe alte boli declansate de comportamentul alimentar ne pot face sa devenim dependenti de medic, pastile si, de asemenea, sa ne pierdem increderea in noi insine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a evita toate aceste neplaceri, trebuie sa adopti un stil de viata sanatos bazat pe legume, fructe, cereale integrale si seminte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De ce frumusetea fizica si psihica merge mana-n mana cu alimentatia sanatoasa? Pentru ca totul porneste din interior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iata produsele minune care au rolul de a imbunatati atat aspectul fizic sau psihic, dar ne si ajuta sa ne mentinem un corp sanatos in interior.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seminte<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Seminte de in <\/strong>&#8211; sunt foarte bogate in nutrienti. Aceste seminte protejeaza inima datorita grasimilor bune (Omega 3).
