Noi le-am adaugat in reteta pentru un plus de savoare, mai ales ca nu contin glutamat sau sare adaugata, sunt doar legume deshidratate, provenind din culturi nemodificate genetic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In reteta ta poti sa folosesti atat quinoa rosie, cat si quinoa alba. In aceasta situatie am ales sortimentul rosu, intrucat are textura mai crocanta, se sfarama mai putin la fierbere si da un aspect mai atragator preparatelor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Quinoa nu este cu adevarat o cereala, desi poate inlocui cu usurinta orice tip de cereala clasica? O numim pseudo-cereala, iar confuzia este datorata atat formei semintelor, cat si texturii sau gustului. Asemanarile intre quinoa si cereale nu se opresc insa aici: prin fierbere, semintele de quinoa infloresc, exact asa cum o fac boabele de grau sau orez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Quinoa este bogata in proteine vegetale, proteine mai usor de digerat decat cele din carne, de aceea reprezinta unul dintre alimentele care trebuie introduse in mod obligatoriu in dietele vegetariene sau vegane pentru a oferi organismului un optim aport nutritional?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spre deosebire de cereale clasice, quinoa NU contine gluten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cauti un pranz usor, dar care sa te umple de energie?
