Asa cum natura iti ofera o multime de variante sanatoase din care sa iti extragi proteinele, cand renunti la carne sau calciu si vitamine, cand nu mai consumi lactate animale, tot astfel si pentru banalul ou exista o multime de alternative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din punct de vedere nutritiv, oul contine proteine, vitamine si un numar mic de minerale, componente care pot fi cu usurinta suplinite cu legume, fructe, nuci sau seminte, care au in plus marele avantaj de a nu contine deloc colesterol si de a fi mai usoare pentru digestie. Dar oul in gastronomie nu este folosit numai pentru compozitie, ci mai ales pentru consistenta, pentru modul in care actioneaza pe post de liant al celorlalte ingrediente dintr-un preparat, facandu-l mai compact, mai usor de taiat si mai pufos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ei bine, adeptii alimentatiei vegetariene si persoanele care tin post se vor bucura astazi sa afle ca si in ceea ce priveste acest rol de legare exista o multime de alternative sanatoase pentru ou.
