Teoretic, cele doua par sinonime, dar am auzit pe cineva spunand ca atunci cand te gandesti cu drag la cei care vor savura preparatul tau, se spune ca <em>gatesti<\/em>, in timp ce, in momentul in care pregatesti ceva de nevoie, fara pic de chef, atunci se numeste ca <em>faci de mancare<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E adevarat insa ca, pentru a-ti reusi un fel de mancare, nu este suficient sa faci lucrurile cu drag, ai nevoie si de un minim de informatie, iar noi incercam sa iti oferim in acest sens articole cat mai utile. Astazi vom discuta, de exemplu, cateva aspecte legate de arome de baza si condimente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce sunt aromele de baza? Spre deosebire de condimentele obisnuite, care indreapta preparatul tau catre un anumit gust si atat, aromele de baza reprezinta fundatia pe care punem celelalte ingrediente, intrucat, pe langa gustul propriu, au rolul de a potenta si evidentia aromele si combinatiile de arome. In plus, ele nu au nevoie de o anumita temperatura a preparatului pentru a-si dovedi calitatile. Hai sa vedem care sunt ele si cum le poti folosi in bucataria ta.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ghimbir<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 in mancare poti sa folosesti ghimbir proaspat decojit si tocat fin sau piure de ghimbir gata cumparat din supermaket. Daca nu pui o cantitate prea mare, aroma sa placuta va fi evidenta, nu va da gustul predominant in mancare, insa are capacitatea de a evidentia si potenta celelalte arome ale preparatului tau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7948 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ardei-iuti.jpg\" alt=\"ardei iuti\" width=\"1350\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ardei-iuti.jpg 1350w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ardei-iuti-324x216.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ardei-iuti-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ardei-iuti-729x486.jpg 729w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1350px) 100vw, 1350px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sare<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 este un ingredient esential pentru a desavarsi gustul mancarii. Folosita cu moderatie sarea esentiala pentru functionarea buna a corpului. Nu uita ca are mare importanta si sursa de sare pe care o alegi, cea de Himalaya fiind net superioara sarii clasice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Piper rosu<\/strong> \u2013 grozav pentru a da mancarurilor tale valente noi. Putin praf de piper nu le da iuteala neaparat, dar poate imbogati celelalte arome prezente in preparate. In plus, piperul rosu este bun pentru circulatia sangelui si pentru tensiune.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lamaie\/limeta<\/strong> \u2013 un strop de lamaie sau limeta peste o mancare, adaugata la final, o poate transforma, in sensul bun al cuvantului. Totusi, foloseste lamaie sau limeta proaspat stoarse, intrucat sucul din sticlutele de la supermarket nu au acelasi gust ca al produsului natural si nici aceeasi compozitie, evident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> \u2013 acesta nu aduce numai aroma deosebita mancarurilor tale, ci si beneficii pentru sanatate: ajuta la reglarea tensiunii arteriale, combatate infectiile si este un foarte bun antibiotic natural.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> \u2013 tocata marunt si sotata la inceputul unei mancari adauga dulceata si poate reprezenta baza pe care se adauga restul aromelor. Asigura-te ca ceapa se caleste 5 minute, timp suficient pentru a scoate dulceata din ea si a elimina gustul sau prea puternic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">11 condimente grozave pentru preparatele tale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3942\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/condimente-e1520400201282.jpg\" alt=\"condimente\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/>In general, condimentele trebuie sa fie gatite la o temperatura mare pentru a-si elibera aromele, deci incearca sa tii cont de aceasta informatie atunci cand le incluzi in preparatele tale.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Turmeric<\/strong> \u2013 este foarte bun pentru a da culoarea galbena mancarurilor si poate fi folosit in orice preparat. Are efecte puternic antiinflamatorii si este, de asemnea, un puternic antioxidant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Anason stelat<\/strong> \u2013 un condiment deosebit mai ales pentru preparate vegetariene. Cel mai usor este sa il cumperi pudra sau sa il rasnesti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Paprika afumata<\/strong> \u2013 are o aroma puternica de afumat \u2013 este grozava pentru tocanite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Chimion<\/strong> \u2013 un condiment extrem de adaptabil, de obicei folosit ca pudra, dar este placut sa il adaugi ocazional in forma de semintele intregi pentru a da o aroma mai profunda. Sfaramat il poti folosi pentru curry, tocanite sau sosuri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Piper cayenne<\/strong> \u2013 acesta adauga o iuteala placuta felurilor de mancare si ajuta organismul la accelerarea metabolismului. Fii curajos si incearca, dar ai grija sa nu pui prea mult, piperul cayenne este mai tare in iuteala decat piperul obisnuit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Cuisoare<\/strong> \u2013 sunt foarte bune in preparate dulci. Are de asemenea abilitatea de a reduce durerea, imbunatati digestia si multe altele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Coriandru<\/strong> \u2013 poate fi folosit pentru mancaruri dulci si savuroase, merge bine in special cu turmericul si chimionul. Se poate folosi samanta sau pudra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Cimbru<\/strong> \u2013 spre deosebire de cimbrul uscat, cimbrul proaspat cules pare creat special de natura pentru a fi asociat cu legumele, asa incat nu te tema sa il folosesti in bucatarie. Ai grija numai sa nu exagerezi, pentru ca risti sa acoperi aroma celorlalte ingrediente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Busuioc<\/strong> \u2013 este un condiment care se poate folosi si proaspat si uscat pentru aromatizarea pastelor sau a sosurilor care contin rosii. Bucataria italiana il iubeste in mod deosebit si are motive intmeiate: confera o aroma fresh inconfundabila.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Oregano<\/strong> \u2013 ca si busuiocul, este mult folosit in bucataria mediteraneeana, dar cunoscut inca din antichitate, atat pe post de condiment, cat si ca planta medicinala. Grecii si romanii il considerau un simbol al fericirii si nu fara motiv: ai sa constati ca preparatele tale vor fi foarte fericite sa il intalneasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un celebru chef spunea ca\u00a0provocarea adevarata a unui bun bucatar este sa reuseasca sa umple stomacul cu imaginatie.
