Nu e chiar atat de dificil pe cat s-ar crede: o poti face inlocuind, fie cu zahar brun, fie cu indulcitori naturali.\u00a0 Dat fiind ca <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/zahar-brut-sau-zahar-alb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de zahar brut am vorbit anterior<\/a>, te invit sa discutam astazi si despre cea de-a doua varianta si sa vedem cu ce inlocuiesti zaharul alb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Iata cativa <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/indulcitori-naturali-vs-indulcitori-artificiali\/\">indulcitori naturali<\/a> pe care ii poti folosi in gatitul si alimentatia ta obisnuita:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siropul de curmale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reprezinta o excelenta varianta naturala de inlocuire a zaharului in retetele tale culinare (de la dulciuri de casa de tot felul si pana la smoothie-uri) sau poate fi folosit ca atare, in ceai sau topping pentru inghetata. 100 g de sirop de curmale contin circa 300 de calorii, 1,4 g de proteine si aprope 0 grasimi. Aduce multe beneficii sanatatii si este relativ ieftina. Te intrebi cum poti\u00a0 sa inlocuiesti cu ele zaharul? Simplu:\u00a0amesteca-le in salate sau mancaruri pentru a le conferi dulceata naturala. La fel de bine, in loc de stafide poti sa incluzi in reteta ta si alte fructe uscate.<\/p>\n<h2>Sucul de mere<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sucul de mere este\u00a0\u00a0un indulcitor natural usor de facut si folositor intr-o multitudine de situatii. Este bun la produse coapte si la deserturi ca o alternativa de indulcitor, atunci cand reteta necesita lichide.<\/p>\n<h2>Piureul de curmale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Curmalele sunt ieftine si foarte dulci, iar piureul lor potrivit pentru indulcire. Foloseste in mancare curmale bucati sau piure de curmale pentru a inlocui zaharul.
