Foloseste ca recipient acelasi castron in care urmeaza sa si framanti aluatul de paine de casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce compozitia de lapte cu zahar si drojdie s-a umflat, adauga faina putin cate putin, amestecand mereu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune si uleiul si sarea si incepe sa framanti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa 5 minute de framantat, adauga sarea. Nu am pus-o de la inceput pentru ca nu vrem sa intre in contact cu drojdia, impiedicand aluatul sa creasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inglobeaza si semintele, tot asa, putin cate putin, si continua sa framanti pana cand aluatul nu mai ramane lipit de peretii vasului, ci se strange la un loc si incepe sa devina elastic. Fiind un aluat cu seminte si faina integrala, nu te astepta ca el sa fie si neted, dar asta nu inseamna ca nu va fi gustos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa minim 10 minute de framantat, acopera aluatul cu folie alimentara pentru a nu prinde crusta deasupra si lasa-l la loc caldut si ferit de curent, unde trebuie sa creasca pana cand isi dubleaza volumul (aproximativ 1 ora).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce aluatul de painici integrale a crescut, il scoti pe blatul de lucru (presarat in prealabil cu faina) si, cu palmele date si ele cu faina, il modelezi mai intai in forma unei bile, apoi a unui sul, pe care il imparti in 6 sau 8 bucati egale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Modelezi bucatile rezultate in forma unor suluri mai mici (cu palmele sau folosindu-te de sucitor) si le asezi in tava in care vrei sa le coci, lasand suficient loc intre ele ca bucatile sa nu se uneasca atunci cand vor fi date la cuptor si vor mai creste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Acopera tava din nou cu folie alimentara si lasa painicile integrale sa se odihneasca putin (10 minute). Ai sa vezi ca vor incepe din nou sa creasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce painicile s-au odihnit, umezeste-le la suprafata cu putina apa calda, folosind o pensula pentru uns cozonacul si presara-le cu seminte dupa plac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cresteaza-le usor cu un cutit la suprafata, fie longitudinal, fie oblic, ca sa se desfaca frumos si sa aiba un aspect placut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Painici integrale cu seminte<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti sa pregatesti aceasta reteta si cu apa in loc de lapte de soia, painicile integrale cu seminte vor iesi bune si asa, dar laptele de soia le confera mai multa fragezime si le ajuta sa se mentina proaspete mai multa vreme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vrei, ai libertatea de a mai creste putin cantitatea de seminte din compozitia painicilor tale integrale, insa in acest caz, este posibil ca aluatul sa aiba nevoie sa mai adaugi 10-20 ml de lapte suplimentar. Pune initial lichid atat cat a fost indicat in reteta si, daca ti se pare ca este prea tare la mana in momentul in care il framanti (sau paleta robotului de bucatarie se misca cu dificultate), mai adaugi pe parcurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Din cantitatile precizata la ingrediente vei obtine 6 sau 8 painici &#8211; numarul lor depinde de marimea bucatilor pe care le modelezi.
