Cei care au gustat gogosile noastre de post au spus ca nu exista vreo diferenta intre gustul acestora si gogosile clasice. Acest lucru se datoreaza laptelui de soia (care da o fragezime deosebita) si uleiului de cocos (care aromeaza intr-un mod aparte). Esti gata sa lasi viitoarele gogosele de post sa se odihneasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se pune aluatul intr-un bol presarat cu putina faina, se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa la crescut intr-un loc caldut si ferit de curent pana cand isi dubleaza volumul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce aluatul a crescut, se scoate pe blatul de lucru, presarat in prealabil cu faina si din el se va intinde, cu ajutorul sucitorului, o foaie cu grosimea de un deget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Din foaie, decupezi cu o forma speciala sau cu ajutorului unui pahar, cercuri de marimea dorita.
