Daca lasa zeama, aceasta nu se va arunca, ci se va adauga si ea in castronul cu salata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Bulgurul hidratat, racit si bine scurs, patrunjelul, rosiile si ceapa se pun intr-un caston mare, se adauga uleiul de masline, sare dupa gust, zeama de lamaie si se amesteca bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Salata Tabbouleh se da la frigider pentru o jumatate de ora inainte de servire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Salata Tabbouleh cu bulgur<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca te grabesti, in loc sa torni apa fierbinte peste bulgur si sa il lasi sa se umfle, poti sa il pui la fiert pentru 3-4 minute. Daca ai adaugat mai multa apa decat avea nevoie bulgurul, cea care ramane neabsorbita dupa timpul mentionat se va scurge bine. Iti poti da seama ca este gata atunci cand isi dubleaza volumul si nu mai este tare, ci moale si pufos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nu este obligatoriu ca salata Tabbouleh cu bulgur sa fie lasata la frigider 30 de minute inainte de a fi consumata, dar in acest interval aromele ingredientelor se vor intrepatrunde si preparatul tau va fi si mai gustos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spre deosebire de multe alte salate din legume cu frunze verzi, salata Tabbouleh este buna de mancat si frageda chiar si a doua zi dupa preparare, intrucat atat textura patrunjelului, cat si a cepei verzi este una mai ferma, care nu se inmoaie la fel de usor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Salata Tabbouleh (pronuntata &#8222;salata tabule&#8221; si numita si salata libaneza sau salata cu patrunjel) poate fi consumata ca atare sau servita pe post de garnitura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vrei, poti sa deviezi putin de la varianta originala a retetei si sa folosesti cuscus sau quinoa in aceasta salata, in loc de bulgur, ai sa vezi ca iese la fel de buna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca nu iti place aroma racoritoare pe care o da menta, poti sa o omiti dintre ingrediente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Salata Tabbouleh este una dintre cele mai populare preparate libaneze, pe locul 2 dupa celebrul si mult indragitul humus?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Patrunjelul contine (in afara de vitaminele A, K si cele din complexul B) vitamina C in mai mare concentratie decat lamaia, mai mult fier decat spanacul si mai mult fluor decat oricare alt aliment?
