Poti sa cumperi si ciuperci la conserva, gata fierte si atunci acest pas dispare. In acest timp, pregatesti restul ingredientelor pentru compozitia ardeiulor umpluti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ardeii se spala, se taie capacele de pe partea cu cotorul, se curata de seminte si se pun la scurs. Capacele nu se vor arunca, intrucat vom acoperi cu ele ardeii dupa ce ii umplem, inainte de a-i da la cuptor, pentru a nu se usca compozitia dinauntru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se curata cepele si se calesc intr-o cratita cu 2 linguri de ulei si putina apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se amesteca ciupercile fierte si scurse bine cu ceapa calita, bulgurul, 1 lingura cu varf de amestec de legume, 2 linguri de fulgi de drojdie inactiva (folositi pe post de ou, pentru a lega componentele) si 2-3 linguri de pasta de rosii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cu amestecul de mai devreme se umplu ardeii, dar numai pe trei sferturi, intrucat bulgurul isi va mari volumul si, daca ai umple ardeii complet, ingredientele din interior ar da pe afara.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se pune la fiecare ardei capacelul propriu si se asaza intr-o cratita in picioare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adaugam in cratita, pe langa si peste ardei, pasta de rosii (sau rosiile cuburi in zeama) si mai completam apoi cu apa pana aproape de acoperirea ardeilor. Practic, toata partea in care exista compozitie trebuie sa fie in lichid. La final, dupa ce preparatul tau este gata, poti sa servesti ardeii umpluti la masa insotiti de cateva linguri de sos in care au fiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se dau ardeii umpluti de post la cuptorul preincins, la foc mediu, timp de 30 de minute, sau pana cand constatam ca s-au rumenit usor deasupra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Ardei umpluti de post<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vrei sa economisesti timp, dupa ce ai spalat ciupercile, nu este nevoie sa le tai neaparat cu un cutit, ele sunt atat de fragede, incat poti fi\u00a0 rupte cu mana deasupra oalei in care urmeaza sa le fierbi, nu are nici o importanta daca bucatile nu sunt toate egale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce pregatesti prima oara reteta, incearca sa calculezi numarul ardeilor in functie de marimea cratitei pe care o ai (si a familiei, de altfel), in asa fel incat ardeii sa stea toti in picioare. Trebuie sa nu mai ramana loc in cratita, dar nu trebuie sa bagi fortat ardeii umpluti care nu mai au loc, pentru ca risti sa ii rupi si sa imprastii compozitia. In cazul in care ai prea putin ardei fata de marimea cratitei, incearca sa prinzi capacele ardeilor\u00a0 de restul pulpei folosind cate doua scobitori (pe care le inlaturi ulterior, inainte de servire).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Reteta aceasta de ardei umpluti cu ciuperci iese buna si cu orez in loc de bulgur, in special cu orez brun, dar in acest caz este posibil sa se prelungeasca putin timpul de stat in cuptor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Bulgurul este rezultatul prelucrarii mai multor tipuri de grau cu\u00a0bob dur (in special Triticum Durum)? Boabele de grau sunt tratate la abur, apoi uscate \u0219i macinate la o granulatie mare, obtinandu-se astfel un produs care se gateste repede, intrucat se gateste\u00a0relativ repede, fierbandu-se scurt sau inmuindu-se in apa calda ori rece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Bulgurul are un gust usor de nuca si o consistenta oarecum crocanta?
