Dintre atatea diete si rutine de sport existente in lumea larga, fiecare vrea sa gaseasca acel <em>ceva<\/em> care sa i se potriveasca cel mai bine. Conform stilului de viata, timpului pe care il avem la dispozitie, dar si bugetului pe care il detinem, alegem sa traim echilibrat in fiecare zi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a avea o alimentatie buna, multe persoane, in special sportivii, se folosesc de proteinele din zer si proteinele animale, in general,\u00a0 pentru a adauga asa ceva la mesele zilnice. Insa nu aceste proteine de la magazinul cu produse pentru sportivi sunt cele mai sanatoase pentru noi. Culturistii pot beneficia de pe urma acestor tipuri de suplimente pentru forta, insa nu si oamenii obisnuiti.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_pull_quote td_pull_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Stiai ca in loc de a te folosi de proteinele din zer, poti obtine\u00a0 aceleasi rezultate folosind alimente integrale, nuci si seminte in alimentatia ta? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smoothie-urile sunt bauturi nutritive, pline de vitamine, minerale si proteine care pot fi preparate si baute la orice ora a zilei. Poti crea un smoothie delicios pentru micul dejun. Poti consuma un smoothie pe post de gustare intre mese, dar il poti bea si cand te afli pe drumul spre casa, dupa o zi plina. Te va hrani corespunzator (<em>in functie de ce anume pui in el<\/em>) si te va opri din mancatul in exces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dar, cum am mai spus, este important sa stim care sunt ingredientele unui smoothie sanatos. Sa uram atunci bun venit proteinelor vegetale! <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iata cateva modalitati sanatoase de a adauga proteine la un smoothie nutritiv\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<h2>Migdale<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Migdalele, confundate adesori la forma cu samburii de caisa, reprezinta o sursa grozava de proteine si grasimi bune. Pentru a-ti \u2018<em>transforma<\/em>\u2019 smoothie-urile poti folosi fie migdale intregi, fie unt de migdale. Stiai ca aceste seminte ajuta foarte mult la inhibarea poftei de dulce? Si pentru ca semintele de canepa au un gust de nuca, ele se potrivesc intr-un mix de zile mari cu aproape orice fruct si leguma dorita. Ca sa beneficiezi de pe urma unei asemenea bauturi, alaturi de alte ingrediente ce iti plac, adauga doua linguri de seminte de canepa decorticata pentru un pahar de smoothie.<\/p>\n<h2>Naut<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si nautul ofera multiple beneficii pentru sanatatea generala, intrucat este bogat in proteine si foarte putine grasimi. De asemenea, ajuta foarte mult la procesul de digestie si la reglarea nivelului de zahar in sange. In plus, daca vei adauga naut fiert in smoothie-ul tau, acesta iti va tine de foame mult mai mult timp pe parcursul zilei, in plus are un gust dulceag si ofera cremozitate smoothie-ului tau.<\/p>\n<h2>Seminte de dovleac<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ai crescut la tara, probabil obisnuiai sa scobesti dovlecii pe dinauntru, pentru a le scoate semintele si a le pune mai apoi la uscat. Inca se mai face asta si nici nu este de mirare. Pe langa faptul ca aceste seminte coapte sunt o gustare crocanta si usoara, mai au si proteine. De asemenea, iti bucura organismul si un continut de magneziu esential pentru intarirea oaselor si pentru dezvoltarea musculara. Ele sunt o sursa excelenta de proteine.
