Nu ne referim aici la garnituri care se intampla sa fie vegetariene (dar nu intotdeauna si sanatoase), gen cartofi prajiti, sau la salate, ci la feluri principale, din care poti sa te saturi si pe care sa le alegi pentru ca asa doresti in clipa respectiva sau acesta iti este modul de viata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mai exista inca personal de servire (ospatar, chelner), chiar in restaurante mari, care detine atat de putine informatii despre alimentatie in general si preparate culinare vegetariene\/ vegane, in special, incat in momentul in care soliciti un preparat vegan, iti recomanda cu seninatate fructe de mare, pentru ca sunt (citam)&#8230;\u00a0<em>fructe, ce altceva?<\/em>\u00a0si pleaca bombanind in barba la adresa clientilor mofturosi, cand ii explici ca fructele de mare nu sunt fructe. Nu radeti, cazul este cat se poate de real si intamplat uneia dintre colegele noastre, intr-o locatie dotata cu firma cunoscuta pe usa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avand in vedere aceste lucruri, ne-am gandit ca ar fi util sa discutam putin despre\u00a0beneficiile includerii bucatariei vegetariene intr-o afacere de tip restaurant.<\/p>\n<h2>Bucataria vegetariana nu este un moft!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ea reprezinta o nevoie a pietei. A satisface aceasta nevoie poate fi un important factor de diferentiere.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este un mod de viata pentru o categorie de clienti cu optiuni inca relativ reduse privind masa in oras, clienti care pot fi, asadar, fidelizati mai usor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este directia catre care ne indreptam, iar cunoasterea ei va fi, in viitor, o conditie <em>sine qua non <\/em>a oricarui bucatar apreciat si a oricarui restaurant care se respecta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7163\" includerea unor preparate noi in meniu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe termen mediu: atragerea si fidelizarea unei noi categorii de clienti: vegetarieni si vegani.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe termen lung: castig de imagine, buna reputatie, ca urmare a preocuparii pentru o viata sanatoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tipuri de consumatori pentru bucataria vegetariana<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoane preocupate de un stil de viata sanatos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoane care tin post.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoane care urmeaza un program de eliminare a kilogramelor in plus.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoane care sufera de diferite afectiuni.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoane active, care doresc o masa gustoasa si satioasa, dar care sa nu le faca sa se simta ingreunate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bucatarul vegetarian<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poate fi oricine, dar are nevoie de putina munca pentru asta, mai exact de o specializare in plus: bucatarul specialist\/vegetarian\/dietetician &#8211; cod COR 512203 se refera la activitatea de preparare a produselor culinare complexe in cadrul unei bucatarii profesionale.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avand in vedere ca bucatarul vegetarian detine un plus de informatie despre principiile nutritiei sanatoase si echilibrate, el poate reprezenta un factor de diferentiere fata de concurenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" cu beneficii importante pentru buna functionare a organismului<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se concentreaza pe calitate, nu pe cantitate<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contribuie la o digestie mai buna.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scade riscul dezvoltarii unor afectiuni grave: obezitate, hipertensiune arteriala, boli cardio-vasculare, gustoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Organizarea eficienta in bucatarie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentine ustensilele curate, uscate, organizate si ordonate.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pastreaza alimentele in locurile potrivite (frigider, debara, locuri uscate si ferite de intemperii sau rozatoare).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gandeste o organizare\/depozitare a ustensilelor facila pentru gatit: condimentele si spatulele langa aragaz, sitele langa chiuveta, tavile langa cuptor, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Aprovizionarea cu alimente genetic).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fa-ti aprovizionarea de toamna cu alimente sanatoase si pastreaza-le sub forma de compoturi, in congelator sau debara in detrimentul alimentelor
