Persoanele care tin post, au o alimentatie vegetariana sau vegana, trebuie sa acorde o atentie sporita acestor produse, intrucat limitarea tipurilor de alimente consumate (pentru o perioada prestabilita sau ca mod de viata) poate sa dauneze daca nu se acopera necesarul nutritional al organismului. Superalimentele ofera nu doar diversitate, ci si o doza crescuta de vitamine si minerale, asadar sunt in masura sa suplineasca eventualele lipsuri nutritionale.<\/p>\n<h2>In ce forma poti consuma superalimente?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La modul general, superalimentele poti fi consumate atat ca atare (in special cele din categoria verde plus nucile si semintele), dar mai ales se pot include intr-o multitudine de retete culinare, atat dulci, cat si sarate.
