Alegerea acestui mod de viata trebuie sa se faca, insa, in cunostinta de cauza, cantarind si analizand toate aspectele. Nu tot ce poti citi pe net este corect, nu tot ce auzi in jur are si un fundament stiintific, de aceea ne-am propus astazi sa aducem in discutie cateva dintre cele mai cunoscute mituri privind alimentatia\/mancarea vegetariana:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mancarea vegetariana este mai dificil de gatit<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mancarea vegetariana este mai scumpa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mancarea vegetariana nu ofera toti nutrientii necesari bunei functionari a organismului<\/li>\n<li>Mancarea vegetariana nu este la fel de variata<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mancarea vegetariana nu este la fel de cautata de catre consumatori si ca atare exista prea putine oferte pe piata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mancarea vegetariana este mai dificil de gatit?\u00a0 FALS!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Produsele vegetale au nevoie de un timp de fierbere\/coacere mai mic decat cele de origine animala =&gt; gatesti mai repede.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Multe din produsele vegetale au valabilitate mai mare si se pastreaza in conditii de temperatura mai putin pretentioase decat cele de origine animala =&gt; ai ingredientele la indemana mai usor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trebuie numai sa invatam pricipiile substitutiei: soia, ciuperci sau legume in loc de carne, lapte vegetal in loc de lapte de vaca, tofu in loc de branza, fulgi de drojdie inactiva, seminte de chia sau lecitina de soia ca agent de legare in loc de ou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7548\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"637\" \/>Mancarea vegetariana este mai scumpa? FALS!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Produsele vegetariene nu sunt scumpe, mai ales daca avem in vedere beneficiile pe care le ofera organismului.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 kg de carne este mai scump decat 1 kg de boabe de soia, naut, mazare, fasole, seminte, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In plus, pretul medicamentelor in cazul imbolnavirilor, pe care, cu ajutorul alimentatiei sanatoase, le putem evita, nu este deloc mic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mancarea vegetariana nu ofera toti nutrientii necesari bunei functionari a organismului?\u00a0FALS!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proteinele vegetale sunt mai sanatoase decat cele animale, intrucat nu <em>vin la pachet <\/em>cu grasimi care duc la cresterea colesterolului.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Semintele de chia contin de 5 ori mai mult calciu decat laptele si mai mult Omega 3 decat somonul.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laptele de cocos este bogat in vitaminele C, E, B1, B3, B5 si B6 si minerale ca fier, seleniu, sodiu, calciu, magneziu si fosfor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5219 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi.jpg\" alt=\"legume verzi\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi.jpg 960w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi-324x243.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi-648x486.jpg 648w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/legume-verzi-265x198.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Mancarea vegetariana nu este la fel de variata?\u00a0FALS!<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru orice preparat clasic, traditional sau chiar din categoria junk-food, exista si varianta vegetariana, sanatoasa si gustoasa: chiftelute vegetale, sarmalute cu soia si\/sau ciuperci, cozonac, piftie de tapioca, smantana si maioneza de soia, icre din seminte de chia sau migdale, budinca cu lapte de cocos si karob, burgeri vegetali cu seminte si multe altele.<\/p>\n<h2>Mancarea vegetariana nu este la fel de cautata de catre consumatori? FALS!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mancarea vegetariana este cautata de o anumita categorie de public pe tot parcursul anului.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este cautata de persoanele care tin posturile in perioadele specifice.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este cautata de persoanele care sufera de afectiuni care limiteaza consumul anumitor alimente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contine preparate indragite, unele celebre la nivel international si cautate de toata lumea, oricand: humus, falafel, cus-cus, salate diverse, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asa cum am spus si cu alte ocazii, alimentatia vegetariana nu este un moft, ci un mod de viata care iti poate aduce numeroase avantaje.
