In acest\u00a0 timp\u00a0 vei pregati umplutura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mai intai tai ceapa marunt si o inmoi in tigaie cu putin ulei si apa, vreme de 5 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Apoi pune spanacul oparit \u0219i tocat marunt (sau decongelat si scurs daca ai folosit spanac congelat) si toata compozitia se va fierbe timp de 20 de minute cu putina apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La sf\u00e2rsit presara leusteanul verde si se potriveste de sare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru mai multa savoare, poti sa adaugi si cateva cubulete de tofu peste compozitia de spanac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aluatul care s-a odihnit in frigider se scoate si se intinde din el o foaie de cativa milimetri grosime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Din foaie se taie forme rotunde (daca nu ai o forma speciala, poti sa folosesti gura unui pahar mare).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In mijlocul fiecarei forme pui cate o lingurita de compozitie sau chiar mai putin, in functie de cat de mari ai facut cercurile de aluat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Formele se pliaza apoi in semicerc peste continutul de spanac din mijloc si se unesc la margini cu o forma speciala. Din nou, daca nu ai o forma speciala, pentru aceasta operatiune, foloseste cu incredere dintii unei furculite cu care vei presa marginea aluatului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coltunasii pregatiti in acest fel se coc la cuptor aproximativ 30 de minute, intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, la foc potrivit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Coltunasi cu spanac<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coltunasii cu spanac se pot si fierbe daca iti plac mai mult moi. Daca ii vrei fierti, scufunda-i intr-o oala mare cu apa care clocoteste si lasa-i acolo 20-30 de minute la foc potrivit. In loc sa iaa crocanti, coltunasii cu spanac si tofu vor avea o textura moale, pufoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>O alta diferenta intre coltunasii fierti si cei copti in cuptor (in afara de consistenta) este data si de faptul ca primii sunt mai gustosi calzi, in timp ce coltunasii facuti la cuptor sunt la fel de buni si calzi si reci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tofu (branza vegetala din lapte de soia) nu difera mult, din punct de vedere al procesului de preparare, de branza din lapte animal, dar contine o doza mult mai mare de proteine?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reteta de coltunasi cu spanac poate fi considerata la fel de bine aperitiv sau o gustare pe masa ta, ambele sanatoase.
