Noi am folosit doi ardei rosii.<\/li>\n<li>Cartofii se scurg de apa si se lasa un sfert de ora (sau la nevoie chiar putin mai mult) deoparte, pentru a se raci complet. Atentie, apa in care au fiert cartofii nu se arunca, va fi nevoie de ea imediat.<\/li>\n<li>Dupa ce\u00a0s-au racit, se mixeaza in blender cu putina zeama de la fiert, lamaie \u0219i sare dupa gust si se adauga treptat ulei pan\u0103 se obtine consistenta unei maioneze.<\/li>\n<li>Se pun in mixer ardeii copti si, dupa ce s-au maruntit bine, se adauga cubule\u021bele de tofu, cateva linguri de maioneza si germenii de grau.<\/li>\n<li>La sfar\u0219it, se adauga ceapa tocata marunt.<\/li>\n<li>Produsul astfel obtinut se poate servi ca tartine sau umplutura pentru rosii sau castraveti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Tartine vegetale<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Reteta se poate pregati si mai rapid de atat, daca esti in criza de timp. Daca vrei sa nu cumperi maioneza vegetala &#8211; lucru pe care noi il recomandam cu caldura &#8211; te invatam cum sa o faci\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/maioneza-de-soia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aici<\/a>, intr-o varianta care nu foloseste cartofii fierti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cartofii se taie cuburi pentru a fierbe mai repede si a economisi in acest fel timp. Totusi, cuburile nu trebuie sa fie foarte mici, de exemplu un cartof de dimensiune medie se poate taia in patru bucati, iar un cartof mare in opt bucati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Noi am folosit ardei rosii, dar daca vrei sa obtii tartine festive, vesele si colorate, poti sa coci un ardei rosu si unul verde si sa mixezi compozitia tartinelor pentru fiecare culoare separat. In acelasi scop le poti modela, la servire, fie cu ajutorul formelor sau a unui sache-a-poche pentru creme si frisca, fie cu o simpla punga in care vei face o gaura pentru a scurge compozitia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Este bine ca, inante de servire, tartinele vegetale sa fie tinute la rece, in frigider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Germenii de grau sunt seminte germinate cu ajutorul apei? Ele contin atat o multitudine de substante nutritive (vitamine, minerale), cat si clorofila \u2013 substanta cu rol important in detoxifiere, dar si cu efect antioxidant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Consumand maioneza vegetala, iti protejezi organismul de cresterea colesterolului care poate duce la afectiuni cardiovasculare?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cauti un aperitiv gustos?
