maxim un minut ca s\u0103 elibereze aroma, apoi se adaug\u0103 lintea verde, pasta de rosii (bulionul) si, daca se constata ca este nevoie, se mai adauga apa cat sa acopere lintea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mancarica de linte verde se lasa la fiert cu capacul pus pentru aproximativ 20 de minute, amestec\u00e2nd ocazional pentru a nu se lipi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>C\u00e2nd lintea este fiarta si a scazut putin, se ia de pe foc si se adauga sarea, boiaua dulce si iute, piureul de curmale, crema de cocos si fasolea fiarta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Mancarica de linte verde cu fasole rosie<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Chiar daca dureaza putin mai mult decat timpul estimat de noi, recomandam sa nu cumperi ingredientele in conserva, gata fierte, ci sa le fierbi chiar tu, chiar daca timpul de fierbere al fasolei difera de cel al lintei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea verde este tipul de linte care rezista cel mai bine la fiert, nu se zdrobeste, isi pastreaza bobul intact si usor crocant, in asa fel incat tu sa poti sa savurezi pe deplin textura acestui preparat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca ti-a placut aceasta reteta trebuie neaparat sa o incerci si pe cea de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/mancare-de-linte-rosie-scazuta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mancare de linte rosie<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea are un continut ridicat de proteine, dar si vitamine (B, E, A, C, K) si minerale (cum ar fi fierul, zincul, cuprul, fosforul, calciul, sodiul, potasiul, seleniul si magneziul)? Indiferent de tipul de linte pe care il folosesti, aceasta va avea aproximativ aceeasi compozitie nutritionala. Diferenta este data de\u00a0 tipul de gatire si de textura boabelor.
