Dupa ce s-au racit, se curata si se dau prin razatoarea mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Morcovii se dau pe razatoarea mica si se pun intr-o tigaie impreuna cu ceapa taiata marunt, uleiul, un sfert de cana de apa si putina sare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se lasa aproximativ 5-10 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand legumele se inmoaie si apa scade complet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce se raceste putin compozitia de legume calite, se amesteca intr-un bol impreuna cu cartofii fierti si raciti, dati pe razatoarea mare, apoi cu orezul, pesmetul, usturoiul zdrobit, lecitina din soia, patrunjelul si se adauga sare de mare dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Vei modela chiftelute cu mainile unse cu ulei si le vei coace intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt pentru 30 de minute, la foc potrivit, in cuptorul deja incins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se servesc calde, impreuna cu diverse garnituri si salate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Chiftelute fragede din cartofi<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Am ales intentionat cartofi rosii pentru a gati aceasta reteta, intrucat ei sunt mai putin fainosi, se zdrobesc mai greu si rezista mai bine la fiert.
