In timp ce acesta se va incinge, noi putem pregati compozitia prajiturii cu caise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se pun toate ingredientele, cu exceptia caiselor (adica fulgii de ovaz, piureul de curmale, uleiul de cocos, faina integrala, fulgii de cocos, semintele de susan si migdalele), intr-un castron si se amesteca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se alege o tava (aproximativ 20&#215;30 cm) si se unge cu ulei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se ia jumatate din compozitia amestecata si se asaz\u0103 in tava, niveland cu o spatula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Separat, intr-un vas, se pun la fiert 500 ml de apa; cand aceasta clocote\u0219te, se adauga caisele uscate si se stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se lasa caisele in apa respectiva timp de 10 minute, apoi se scurge lichidul, punandu-l deoparte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In continuare, vei pune caisele (acum hidratate) intr-un blender si se adauga putin\u00a0 lichid atunci cand le mixezi, in asa fel incat sa iasa un piure consistent, care nu curge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Vei pune piureul de caise in tava peste ingredientele adaugate anterior, niveland din nou cu spatula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adaugi apoi urmatorul strat de ingrediente amestecate, adica celalalta jumatate de compozitie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se stropeste cu ulei si se coace pentru aproximativ 40 de minute la 180\u02daC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Prajitura cu caise si fulgi de ovaz<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Timpul de pregatire al acestei prajituri cu caise si fulgi de ovaz poate sa para mare, dar in realitate nu este asa: in timp ce caisele stau la hidratat sau prajitura este la cuptor, tu nu faci, de fapt, nici un efort.<\/li>\n<li>Piureul de curmale se pregateste separat, din 2 cani de apa si 2 cami de curmale fara samburi.
