In plus, varianta aceasta de crenvursti este una pregatita exclusiv cu ingrediente de post. cand sunt gata, scurge-le de apa (nu o arunca, iti mai trebuie!) si marunteste-le bine de tot, folosind o furculita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa la inmuiat granulele de soia in apa fierbinte de la legume, timp de 10 minute, apoi scurge-le bine si amesteca-le cu piureul de legume, usturoiul zdrobit si restul ingredientelor necesare pentru reteta de crenvursti din soia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Astfel vei obtine o pasta omogena, pe care trebuie apoi sa o modelezi intr-un sul de grosimea degetului mare de la mana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inveleste pasta astfel obtinuta in 3-4 bucati\u00a0de folie alimentara suprapuse, leaga sulul la ambele capete si apoi leaga-l si din 10 in 10 cm, pentru a obtine crenvursti individuali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune pe foc o oala cu apa si fierbe crenvurstii rezultati la foc mic, in jur de 40 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce au fiert, scoate crenvurstii de post din apa si serveste-i pe loc, scotandu-i in prealabil din folia alimentara in care sunt inveliti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Crenvursti din soia<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca nu termini toti crenvurstii din soia la o masa, lasa-i la racit complet si apoi pastreaza-i la frigider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti adapta usor reteta de fata, transformand-o intr-una de crenvursti de post picanti\/afumati, adaugand in compozitie si 1 lingurita de boia iute\/afumata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva contin vitaminele B si E, fosfor si magneziu, protein, fibre si aminoacizi, dar au foarte putina sare, 0 colesterol, gluten si grasimi saturate?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Drojdia inactiva da mancarurilor vegetariene sau de post un gust asemanator felurilor cu branza?
