daca alegi a doua varianta, dezgheata spanacul congelat, scurge-l bine de apa si toaca-l marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180<sup>o<\/sup> C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata de coaja ceapa si ghimbirul, apoi toaca-le marunt si caleste-le intr-o tigaie incinsa, in putin ulei vegetal si apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie spanacul tocat, ardeiul gras (curatat de samburi si taiat cubulete), branza tofu (taiata cubulete) si usturoiul (curatat de coaja si zdrobit intr-o presa speciala), lasa-le 10 minute la foc mare, apoi stinge aragazul si adauga restul ingredientelor in tigaie: faina de orez, chimen, sare (dupa gust) si ghimbir confiat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o tava termorezistenta, asaza jumatate din aluatul foitaj dezghetat, adauga deasupra lui compozitia si completeaza cu restul de foitaj, incretit pe margini, pentru a acoperi complet placinta cu spanac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inteapa deasupra aluatul cu furculita, din loc in loc, si da placinta cu spanac la cuptorul preinclazit, timp de 30 de minute sau pana se rumeneste frumos la suprafata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Placinta cu spanac<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru aceasta placinta cu spanac poti folosi o tava dreptunghiulara sau una rotunda, de tarta (metalica sau ceramica).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra placinta cu spanac la frigider timp de 2-3 zile si o poti reincalzi la cuptor, inainte de servire (lasanad vasul sa ajunga la temperatura camerei inainte de a-l introduce in cuptorul fierbinte).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pregati 2 portii de placinta cu spanac odata, congeland una dintre ele: portioneaza-o in cate parti vrei, dupa ce s-a racit complet, inveleste-o pe fiecare in folie alimentara si apoi in folie de aluminiu si da-le la congelator; cand vrei sa servesti placinta cu spanac, baga bucatile direct la cuptorul incins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul este bogat in vitaminele A, B2, B6, C, E si K, mangan, acid folic, magneziu, fier, cupru, calciu si potasiu?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spanacul te poate proteja impotriva hipertensiunii si bolilor de inima, contribuie la intarirea osaturii, iar luteina pe care o contine previne cataractele si lupta cu degenerarea maculara (cre afecteaza persoanele in varsta)?
