marunteste bine miezul, pana obtii iun suc de rosii omogen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 150<sup>o\u00a0<\/sup>C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata ceapa si tai-o marunt; curata morcovul, apoi da-l pe razatoarea fina; toaca marunt patrunjelul spalat bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in bol, peste semintele rasnite, fulgii de drojdie inactiva uscata, ceapa si morcovul ras, patrunjelul, sucul de rosii si sare, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca bine compozitia din bol, apoi umple rosiile cu ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Unge fiecare rosie cu ulei (folosind o pensula de silicon), apoi asaza-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si da-o la cuptor timp de 12-25 de minute sau pana rosiile umplute se rumenesc frumos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste-le imediat dupa ce le scoti din cuptor, ca atare sau alaturi de mamaliguta fierbinte si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/smantana-vegetala-de-soia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smantana vegetala<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Rosii umplute cu mix de seminte<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Alege rosii cat mai mari pentru aceasta reteta, pentru a le putea umple cum trebuie cu amestecul de seminte si legume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti adauga in compozitie si 1-2 linguri de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/orez-prefiert-1-kg-43.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-rosii-umplute-cu-mix-de-seminte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">orez<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/cus-cus-500g-745.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-rosii-umplute-cu-mix-de-seminte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cus-cus<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bulgur-500g-130.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-rosii-umplute-cu-mix-de-seminte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bulgur<\/a> fierte in prealabil (daca faci asta, redu cantitateade mix de 4 seminte la 100 g).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Rosia (<em>Solanum lycopersicum<\/em>) este un fruct originar din America de Sud, mancat si preparat ca o leguma?
