Acest lucru se intampla intrucat, neavand coaja indepartata, isi pastreaza intacta cantitatea de nutrienti si, mai ales, de fibre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In timp ce orezul alb nu este recomandat persoanelor care doresc sa slabeasca, orezul brun este cel care favorizeaza pierderea in greutate?
