Multa lume pune condimente si in apa in care se inmoaie soia, pentru a se impregna aromele in soia, dar daca faci acest lucru trebuie sa ai grija ca ulterior, sa reduci cantitatea de ierburi aromatizante adaugate la fiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nu stii cat se fierbe soia? In special daca ai lasat-o la inmuiat in prealabil, este suficient sa o fierbi 20 de minute, oricum snitelele de soia vor sta si la cuptor pana se rumenesc, asa incat timpul mentionat anterior este suficient pentru o gatire completa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Snitelele de soia de post sunt printre cele mai indragite preparate printre vegetarieni, vegani sau persoanele care tin post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Soia nu contine colesterol deloc, ba chiar ajuta la scaderea colesterolului pentru persoanele care o consuma? Acest lucru se explica prin faptul ca grasimile vegetale prezente in compozitia sa sunt de tip nesaturat, grasimi bune.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru ca are o valoare nutritionala ridicata, dar, in acelasi timp, si o cultura nepretentioasa, soia este unul dintre alimentele pe care s-au facut, de-a lungul timpului, cele mai multe studii\u00a0 pentru obtinerea modificarilor genetice? Din nefericire pentru sanatatea noastra aceste studii si experimente au avut succes. Scopul lor era sporirea productivitatii si, ca urmare, pe piata au aparut numeroase sortimente modificate genetic, care au pierdut o importanta parte din calitatile plantei originale.
