Poti folosi pentru aceasta operatiune un blender mic, vertical, ca sa te asiguri ca rezultatul este o pasta cremoasa si fina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cateii de usturoi se pot pune si in blender, impreuna cu celelalte ingrediente, insa noi recomandam totusi ca, daca pregatesti pentru prima data reteta, sa mixezi usturoiul proaspat separat, pentru a controla exact cat anume sa pui in salata, dupa gustul tau. Odata ce ai fixat cantitatea care iti place,\u00a0 nu trebuie sa il mai pasezi separat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meiul poate fi o alternativa gustoasa la orez sau la cartofi, in alimentatia ta? El are in compozitie vitamine din complexul B, magneziu, fosfor, potasiu, fier, mangan, iti aduce o cantitate importanta de proteine si fibre, dar NU contine deloc gluten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Castravetele contine mai mult de 95% apa si face parte din aceeasi familie cu pepenele si dovlecelul?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Imparatul Tiberius, in Roma antica, aprecia atat de mult castravetii, incat avea sclavi care se ocupau exclusiv de cultivarea acestei legume?
