profil nutritional impresionant: 28 de grame de naut contin doar 46 kcal, 8 grame carbohidrati, 3 grame protein, 2 grame fibre, 14% din doza zilnica recomandata de mangan, 12% din doza zilnica recomandata de acid folic, 5% din doza zilnica recomandata de cupru si fosfor, 4% din doza zilnica recomandata de fier?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fibrele si proteinele din naut te pot ajuta sa consumi mai putine calorii si, prin urmare, sa slabesti?
