Daca gatesti supa de linte vara,\u00a0 uita de conserve si foloseste pulpa de rosii proaspata. Cum o obtii? Alege cateva rosii bine coapte, opareste-le un minut in apa clocontinda, curata-le de coaja si toaca-le marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intre toate sortimentele de linte de pe piata, lintea rosie este cea care poate fi inclusa cel mai simplu in retetele tale culinare, intrucat are cel mai scurt timp de gatire (in jur de 15 minute). Ea se inmoaie destul de mult la fierbere, motiv pentru care constituie baza potrivita pentru piureuri, pateuri vegetale, supe creme, dar si placinte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vegetarienii, veganii sau persoanele care tin post prefera lintea in alimentatia zilnica datorita continutul sau ridicat de proteine. Mai mult de atat, aceasta este o sursa bogata de vitamine, cum ar fi vitamina B, vitamina E, A, C, K sau minerale cum este fierul, potasiul, cuprul, seleniul, magneziul, fosforul, calciul sau sodiul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specialistii au descoperit ca alimentele cremoase, asa cum este si aceasta supa, actioneaza asupra unor centri de la nivelul creierului care sunt responsabili de senzatia de fericire?
