Se impacheteaza sarmalele de post cu ciuperci si orez si se asaza frumos intr-o oala in care s-au pus in prealabil 3-4 linguri de varza tocata pe fund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce se aseaza toate sarmalele, se toarna apa sau bulion si se fierb circa 1 ora, cu capac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cu mamaliguta calda si smantana vegetala, sarmalutele de post cu ciuperci sunt o alegere foarte bun\u0103 pentru perioadele fara carne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta\u00a0Sarmale de post cu ciuperci<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aceasta reteta de sarmalute de post cu ciuperci si soia este o reteta de sarmale fara carne si poate fi pregatita atat in perioadele dinaintea sarbatorilor, cat si de sarbatori de catre cei care au renuntat la carne. In acest fel nu va trebui sa renunti la produsele traditionale pe care le indragesti, chiar daca ai ales sa nu mai consumi produse de origine animala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Multa lume renunta chiar si la soia in reteta de sarmale de post, punanad in ele o cana suplimentara de ciuperci in compensatie. Sunt foarte bune si in aceasta varianta, cu diferenta ca vor contine o cantitate mai mica de proteine vegetale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Apa\/bulionul pe care le pui in cratita trebuie sa acopere sarmalele de post, pentru ca acestea sa aiba lichid in care sa fiarba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fata de reteta clasica, sarmalutele cu soia si ciuperci fierb ceva mai repede,\u00a0 asa incat supravegheaza-le atent si daca apa\/bulionul care le acopera scade, mai completeaza cu apa fierbinte, altfel risti sa afumi sarmalele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amestecul de legume uscate folosit in reteta de fata de sarmale de post cu ciuperci si orez si nu contine sare adaugata, conservanti sau glutamat, ajutandu-te astfel sa iti protejezi sanatatea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vrei sa iti iasa cele mai bune sarmale de post, alege varza bine murata, adica mai mult acra decat sarata si respecta pas cu pas indicatiile de mai sus. Nu sunt complicate, iar reusita retetei de sarmalute cu orez si ciuperci este garantata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In momentul in care infasori sarmalele, nu strange foarte tare varza, pentru ca risti ca foaia sa se crape si umplutura sarmalelor sa se raspandeasca in cratita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa aceeasi reteta de umplutura ca si in cazul sarmalelor de post poti sa pregatesti si ardei sau vinete umplute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Variante pentru retete de sarmale de post folosite in bucataria romaneasca<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Multa lume spune ca sarmalele de post s-ar apropia cel mai mult de gustul sarmalelor cu carne daca punem, in loc de orez, bulgur. Aceasta varianta ramane la latitudinea gustului consumatorilor, la fel ca si proportia pe care o da fiecare ingredientelor.
