Din aceasta compozitie vei coace foile pentru tortilla, exact la fel ca si in cazul celor din reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/clatite-din-faina-integrala-si-banane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clatite din faina integrala si banane<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incingi o tigaie cu fundul antiaderent si torni in ea un polonic din compozitia rezultata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Te vei asigura ca intreg fundul tigaii este acoperit de compozitia lichida, inclinand la inceput tigaia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Clatita care va rezulta poate fi o idee mai graoasa decat cea clasica, deci nu te ingrijora daca ai turnat prea multa compozitie. Important este numai ca foaia sa nu se rupa atunci cand se va rula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se coc clatitele pe rand, pe ambele parti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pregatesti umplutura pentru reteta de tortilla cu legume, de post: taie legumele in fasii si avocado in bucatele mici, desfaci conservele de pate vegetal si de smantana vegetala.
