Nici macar despre copii nu mai poti spune, in ziua de astazi, ca au la dispozitie tot timpul din lume, majoritatea fintre ei fiind implicata in tot felul de activitati scolare si extrascolare, de dimineata si pana seara tarziu. In aceste conditii, in bucataria fiecarei gospodine timpul trebuie sa se imbine in mod fericit cu valoarea nutritiva, cu costurile, inspiratia, si, de ce nu, cu simtul umorului. Va intrebati la ce foloseste el? Foloseste mai ales atunci cand gatim pentru cei mici, pentru ca doar asa vom reusi sa ii atragem catre formarea unor obiceiuri alimentare sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Discutam tot aici, cu putin timp in urma, despre calitatile unei gospodine care gateste pentru familia sa si aminteam atunci de includerea in preparat a ingredientelor de buna calitate, care aduc beneficii organismului (mai ales in fata asaltului necontenit al industriei fast-food) si despre importanta inspiratiei.
