border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dispunerea in straturi va asigura preparatului tau un aspect placut, fara a impiedica intrepatrunderea aromelor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva sunt folositi nu ca agent de crestere, ci pentru a lega componenetele unui preparat, dar ofera si un usor gust de branza, foarte potrivit in combinatie cu smantana vegetala si cartofii in reteta de\u00a0musaca de cartofi cu soia de post<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ai grija sa nu dai focul la cuptor prea mare, pentru a nu risca sa arzi la suprafata sau pe fund musacaua de cartofi cu soia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i> Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spre deosebire de produsele de origine animala, soia contine proteine vegetale sanatoase, fara grasimi saturate, care te ajuta sa iti scazi colesterolul <em>rau<\/em> si sa miscorezi riscul de a dezvolta afectiuni cardiovasculare?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fibrele din granulele de soia imbunatatesc procesul de digestie, tranzitul intestinal si te ajuta sa te simti mai usor si incarcat de energie chiar si dupa masa?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Soia reprezinta o importanta resursa de calciu, magneziu, seleniu si zinc pentru organismul tau? Aceste elemente sprijina sanatatea oaselor si scad riscul de osteorporoza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fulgii de drojdie inativa se deosebesc de drojdia clasica prin faptul ca nu au putere de crestere, asadar nu vor fi folositi in produse de patiserie sau panificatie, ci ca un ingredient cu rol de legare si pentru a spori continutul nutritional al preparatelor tale?
