Sau amesteci intr-un caston fulgii de ovaz cu gemul de fructe obtinut si savurezi cu pofta granola.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Granola din ovaz cu fructe<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Granola facuta in casa, spre deosebire de cea cumparata, are un pret mult mai bun si nu contine zahar adaugat sau conservanti nocivi pentru sanatate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Putem controla numarul de colorii din acest preparat prin alegerea ingredientelor, in asa fel incat sa se potriveasca si copiilor care au nevoie de energie si persoanelor care incearca sa scape de kilogramele in plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Granola se poate consuma simpla sau amestecata cu iaurt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se poate pregati granola fara zahar sau, dupa gust si tipul de fructe pe care le adaugati in compozitie, cu putina miere.
