Vei vedea ca atat bulgurul, cat si stafidele se vor umfla si isi vor mari volumul, deci ai grija sa pui amestecul intr-un vas suficient de mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adaugi nucile maruntite si amesteci cu grija pana cand acestea se integreaza in bulgur<\/li>\n<li>Daca preferi gustul mai dulce, optional poti sa pui si o lingura de miere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Servesti bulgurul cu nuci si stafide la micul dejun sau pe post de garnitura la diverse preparate culinare.<iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca vei acoperi bulgurul in timp ce il lasi sa absoarba apa fierbinte, va iesi mai pufos si suculent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nucile marunteste-le dupa cum iti place, dar nu le rasni, vei vedea ca preparatul iese mai gustos daca lasi sa se simta totusi bucatile de nuca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparatul isi ia dulceata din stafide, dar daca nu ti se pare suficient (sau vrei sa iti determini copilul sa manance), poti sa adaugi, cum spuneam anterior, o lingura de miere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bulgurul este o importanta sursa de magneziu, mineral care contribuie la functionarea optima a creierului si nervilor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bulgurul este preferat orezului alb de catre cei care doresc sa isi pastreze silueta, intrucat are indice glicemic mai bun? Se pot prepara cu usurinta o multime de retete de bulgur cu legume si sunt la fel de gustoase ca si aceasta cu nuci si stafide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bulgur sau cuscus? Pentru a nu confunda cuscusul cu bulgurul, trebuie sa stii ca aceste doua alimente sunt extrem de asemanatoare, atat ca si compozitie, cat si din punct de vedere al modului de preparare. In timp ce cuscusul este obtinut din grau dur si il gasim comercializat in boabe marunte, bulgurul reprezinta boabele macinate mai mare si cu un gust ceva mai pregnant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In functie de marime, bulgurul poate fi folosit la diferite retete?
