Acest amestec de legume va constitui sosul de rosii al preparatului tau, unde po\u021bi l\u0103sa legumele a\u0219a cum sunt sau po\u021bi blenda pentru o textur\u0103 cremoas\u0103 \u0219i adaugi \u00een componen\u021b\u0103 fulgii de drojdie \u0219i 1 lingur\u0103 de semin\u021bele de floarea-soarelui.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intre\u00a0timp, se fierb pastele integrale in apa cu sare conform timpului de preparare indicat pe ambalaj, iar apoi se scurg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un castron mare se pune sosul de rosii preparat in cuptor amestecandu-se cu pastele integrale, frunzele de spanac, semintele de floarea-soarelui si busuiocul tocat marunt.<iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Desi are printre ingrediente si paste, aceasta reteta, contrar asteptarilor, este potrivita si pentru persoanele care doresc sa isi pastreze silueta, intrucat contine paste integrale, pline de fibre si cu un continut caloric scazut. La ele se adauga spanac si rosii care fac parte din lista alimentelor cu calorii negative, adica pentru procesarea lor organismul tau consuma mai multe calorii decat primeste prin alimentele in sine. In plus, fibrele din legume c\u00e2t \u0219i din parte te vor ajuta in procesul de digestie si te vei simti usor si plin de energie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fii atent sa nu fierbi pastele mai mult decat timpul indicat pe ambalaj. Prin fierbere prea indelungata le creste continutul nutritional din cauza accelerarii gelatinizarii amidonului din compozitie.
