Din pacate tot toamna este si anotimpul in care ne imbolnavim cel mai rapid. Vremea se schimba destul de brusc, azi sunt mult peste 20 de grade afara, maine coboara mult sub 20, iar diferentele dintre zi si noapte destul de mari. Daca adaugam la asta si readaptarea la colectivitate (scoala, gradinita, facultate sau chiar job, dupa un concediu mai lung), vedem ca toamna ne pune la incercare destul de mult organismul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trebuie sa stii, totusi, ca racelile si chiar virozele sunt frecvente in acest anotimp, dar nu de neevitat. Poti sa scazi atat frecventa acestora, cat si gravitatea simptomelor, daca iti iei din timp masuri pentru intarirea imunitatii, pe principiul ca este mult mai bine sa previi decat sa tratezi. Masurile de care vorbim nu se refera la pastile si tratamente, ci la obiceiuri de zi cu zi care, desi poate nu ai constientizat pana acum, au legatura cu sistemul tau imunitar si iti pot influenta major starea de sanatate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unii dintre cei din jur par a trece cu usurinta peste o gripa\u00a0 sau o raceala, in timp ce altii se lupta saptamani intregi cu ea. De ce oare? Totul are legatura cu imunitatea si pentru a te numara si tu printre cei norocosi, iata cateva sfaturi de urmat in viata de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n<h2>Nu consuma zahar\u00a0 in exces<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toata lumea stie ca excesul de zahar aduce kilograme in plus, dar mai putin cunoscut este faptul ca acesta are un efect negativ asupra sistemului imunitar. Acest efect se manifesta in doua moduri: prin distrugerea celulelor albe de tip macrofag (cele care se hranesc cu\u00a0bacterii patogene) si prin perturbarea echilibrului florei intestinale (zaharul omoara bacteriile benefice si sustine dezvoltarea celor daunatoare).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ideal ar fi sa nu consumam zahar deloc, dar cum acest lucru este aproape imposibil, poti sa faci 2 lucruri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sa limitezi consumul de zahar<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sa inlocuiesti zaharul alb, rafinat, cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/zahar-brut-din-trestie-1-kg-125.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source= https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-te-feresti-de-viroze-si-raceli-in-sezonul-rece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zaharul brut<\/a><\/strong>, varianta cea mai sanatoasa posibila. Mult mai putin procesat, obtinut printr-o prima cristalizare a sucului din trestia de zahar,\u00a0 zaharul brut are in componenta sa melasa (cea care ii confera si culoarea inchisa si aroma specifica) si, multumita ei, inca mai contine minerale importante pentru organism: fier, calciu, potasiu si magneziu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4419\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/zahar-brut-diferenta.jpg\" alt=\"zahar brut diferenta\" width=\"960\" height=\"642\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Mentine-ti greutatea moderata<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Greutatea excesiva afecteaza functionarea tuturor organelor din corp, duce la tulburari hormonale si, prin ele, slabeste sistemul imunitar. Acesta nu mai are la fel de multa <em>forta<\/em> de a lupta cu virusii, motiv pentru care te vei imbolnavi mult mai usor. Mentinerea unei greutati corporale in limite normale, nu reprezinta o problema de frumusete, ci un aspect extrem de important al unei vieti sanatoase.<\/p>\n<h2>Consuma proteine<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toata lumea cunoaste puterea vitaminelor la modul general (A, B6, C, D si E sunt esentiale pentru mentinerea sistemului imunitar), dar cei mai multi dintre noi neglijeaza rolul proteinelor, care sunt, de asemenea implicate in procesul de creare a anticorpilor. Intre acestea, cele de origine vegetale sunt mult mai bune, pentru ca <em>intra<\/em> in organismul tau fara adaos de colesterol sau grasimi nesanatoase. Nu stii ce alimente contin proteine vegetale? Iti prezentam noi imediat o lista cu cele mai importate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soia<\/li>\n<li>naut<\/li>\n<li>mazare<\/li>\n<li>fasole<\/li>\n<li>linte<\/li>\n<li>quinoa<\/li>\n<li>seminte de chia<\/li>\n<li>seminte de canepa<\/li>\n<li>orez brun<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/fulgi-de-drojdie-uscata-100g-61.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source= https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-te-feresti-de-viroze-si-raceli-in-sezonul-rece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>drojdie inactiva<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>hrisca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/fasole-si-linte.jpg\" alt=\"fasole si linte\" width=\"960\" height=\"698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/fasole-si-linte.jpg 960w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/fasole-si-linte-324x235.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/fasole-si-linte-768x558.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/fasole-si-linte-668x486.jpg 668w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Nu ocoli alimentele care te ajuta sa combati inflamatia<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inflamatia reprezinta semnul ca raspunsul organismului la agentii patogeni care il lezeaza intr-un fel sau altul, este semnul ca se lupta, ca si-a directionat resursele pentru combaterea raului, insa ea trebuie ajutata sa dispara cat mai repede si cu ea odata si factorii care au declansat-o. Iata cateva dintre cele mai importante alimente care combat inflamatia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sursele de acizi grasi omega-3, care actioneaza ca niste medicamente antiinflamatoare naturale:\u00a0 nucile, semintele si fructul de avocado. O parte dintre ele le gasesti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/seminte-si-nuci-30?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source= https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-te-feresti-de-viroze-si-raceli-in-sezonul-rece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>aici<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/cereale-si-fulgi-de-cereale-21?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source= https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-te-feresti-de-viroze-si-raceli-in-sezonul-rece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cerealele integrale<\/strong><\/a> (prin continutul ridicat de fibre si seleniu sustin dezvoltarea florei microbiene intestinale care duce la scaderea inflamatiei).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>unele condimente cum ar fi ghimbirul, turmericul, oregano, nucsoara sau usturoiul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unele legume colorate, care contin carotenoizi: rosiile, morcovul sau sfecla rosie.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ar fi o greseala sa ne imaginam ca exista o solutie magica\u00a0 la care putem apela pentru a nu mai raci sau face gripa vreodata.
