border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inainte de a baga sfecla in cuptor acorda atentie sporita spalarii ei, intrucat poate sa contina urme de pamant si operatiunea sa se dovedeasca migaloasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Testul cu scobitoarea este diferit in cazul sfeclei de retetele de prajitura. La dulciuri, scobitoarea trebuie sa iasa curata, in timp ce la sfecla vom verifica sa intre usor in pulpa legumei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Timpul de pregatire al acestei retete este mare intrucat tipul de coacere al sfeclei este indelungat. Ca sa economisesti timp, incearca sa folosesti sfecle mai mici. Sfecla este gata mai greu prin coacere decat prin fierbere, dar gustul face sa merite timpul suplimentar. In fond, in intervalul scurs, poti sa faci alta treaba prin bucatarie, nu?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In afara de antioxidanti, sfecla rosie este foarte bogata in vitamine si minerale importante pentru buna functionare a organismului? Enumeram astfel: vitaminele A, C, E, B1, B2, B2, C, acid folic, dar si fibre, magneziu, fier, cupru si fosfor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sfecla rosie are cea mai mare cantitate de vitamina K continuta de o leguma?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sucul proaspat de sfecla rosie are efect antiinflamator?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Beneficiile sfeclei rosii au fost cunoscute din antichitate, Aristotel scriind despre acestea inca din secolul al IV-lea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pasta de susan, cunoscuta si sub numele de <em>tahini<\/em> si folosita la multe preparate de origine araba, se gaseste si de vanzare in supermarket-uri, dar pentru a fi sigur de ingredientele continute, cel mai simplu este sa o prepari acasa, macinand semin\u021be de susan si eventual adaugand\u00a0 cateva picaturi de ulei de masline extravirgin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Susanul are un continut bogat in zinc, un mineral esential pentru producerea de colagen, cel care da elasticitate pielii.
