Vei obtine un blat nu foarte tare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se pune blatul\u00a0obtinut intr-o tava rotunda \u0219i unsa cu ulei de masline, apoi se asaza legumele taiate bucatele deasupra, intr-un start uniform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se presara restul de sare, patrunjelul \u0219i busuiocul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Placinta va merge la cuptor si ramane acolo, la foc mediu, pana se rumeneste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La final, pregatesti un sos obtinut dintr-o lingura de ulei si usturoi zdrobit si stropesti cu el placinta calda.<iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca ai o sursa de incredere de legume cultivate eco si acestea sunt tinere si fragede, poti sa lasi vanata si dovelcelul necuratate de coaja. In caz contrar, mai ales in situatia in care gatesti cu legume cumparate de la hypermarket in afara sezonului lor natural, este mai bine sa le curati, intrucat nu ai garantia ca nu au fost contaminati cu pesticide. Altfel, mai ales daca ii oferi drept hrana copiilor mici, pot ajunge sa dauneze. Aceasta recomandare este valabila intodeauna in bucataria ta, nu doar pentru acest preparat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Placinta vegana cu legume poate fi consumata atat de catre vegetarieni, vegani sau persoane care tin post, dar si de cei care consuma in mod normal produse animale, dar doresc sa le evite pentru o perioada, ca sa isi detoxifieze organismul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i> Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amidonul constituie una dintre cele mai importante resurse energetice ale corpului uman?
