Aceasta transformare in gel este normala, nu te gandi ca semintele s-au zdrobit din cauza amestecarii. Fenomenul este caracteristic semintelor de chia, care sunt formate din fibre solubile.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se adauga sarea si zeama de lamaie, apoi smantana (daca se folose\u0219te), dar nu rece din frigider, ci la temperatura camerei.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se taie ceapa foarte marunt si se amesteca cu preparatul.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se incorporeaza si uleiul, turnandu-l treptat si mestecand continuu, ca atunci cand faci o maioneza.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se lasa cel putin 30 de minute la frigider, dupa preparare.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salata se poate orna cu frunze de patrunjel proaspat sau cu feliute subtiri de lamaie.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%;
