Nu trebuie puse in apa de la inceput, ci numai atunci cand apa a inceput sa clocoteasca se adauga ciupercile. Timpul de fierbere este de aproximativ 15-20 de minute. Dupa ce au fiert bine, le lasi putin sa se racoreasca si le tai fasii inainte de a le incorpora, impreuna cu porumbul, in bulgur. Bulgurul din comert este deja prefiert, astfel ca pregatirea lui este simpla si rapida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Folosirea amestecului de legume ardelenesc, recomandata de noi pentru acest preparat, duce la scaderea timpului de preparare, facandu-l foarte potrivit pentru cei care doresc sa gateasca un fel de mancare gustos si satios, fara sa piarda foarte mult timp in bucatarie. Acest amestec de legume contine\u00a0numai ingrediente naturale si are un gust usor picant datorita ardeiului iute, piperului si semintelor de mustar.
