Este foarte important sa adaugam apa, nu doar ulei, pentru ca hrisca trebuie sa fie mai curand inabusita, ca sa se inmoaie, nu sa se prajeasca.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaugi 3 cani de apa\u00a0si continui sa fierbi in jur de\u00a030 de minute. Respectarea timpului de fierbere va aduce hrisca la consistenta dorita. In cazul in care nu am fi fiert-o, era necesar sa o lasam peste noapte la inmuiat in apa, timp de cel putin 8-10 ore.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desfaci conopida in buchetele si le speli bine.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fierbi conopida separat, in apa cat sa o acopere, timp de 5-6 minute apoi o strecori. Atentie: nu trebuie lasata prea mult la fiert, intrucat se va zdrobi, datorita continutului mare de apa a acestei legume.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vei toca marunt ceapa si apoi o vei praji impreuna cu ciupercile ( tocate si ele) in 2 linguri de ulei si putina apa, iar la final adaugi si patrunjelul. Nu adauga foarte multa apa, 2-3 linguri sunt suficiente, pentru ca ciupercile contin si ele apa foarte multa, asa ca daca tu adaugi in exces, ele se vor fierbe in loc sa se caleasca.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intr-un vas\u00a0termorezistent asezi\u00a0un strat de hrisca, peste el ciupercile si ceapa, iar deasupra buchetelele de conopida.\u00a0Peste conopida\u00a0presari sare dupa gust si apoi torni paharul de smantana de soia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasi preparatul\u00a0la cuptor pentru aproximativ 15-20 de minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se poate servi alaturi de o salata din cruditati si o pasta de naut sau alune.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; border: none; height: 85px;\" title=\"Abonare newsletter\" src=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/content\/abonare-newsletter-39?content_only=1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0Observatii:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta reteta nu doar ca este delicioasa, dar se potriveste nu numai pentru vegetarieni, ci si pentru persoanele care doresc sa tina post.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai sanatos si mai indicat tip de ulei pentru aceasta reteta este cel din seminte de floarea soarelui presat la rece. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecta timpul de preparare si, la fiecare pas, echilibrul intre ulei si apa, daca vrei ca preparatul sa aiba un usor gust de copt, nu sa fie complet fiert.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru un plus de savoare, in loc de clasicele ciuperci champignon (proaspete sau la cutie) foloseste hribi sau ghebe si te asigur ca imediat ce vei termina portia de hrisca la tava din farfurie, vei dori sa imi mai pui una. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti coace preparatul si intr-o tava obisnuita, dar in acest caz unge-o cu putin ulei inainte de a pune compozitia la foc, ca sa \u00a0fii sigur ca nu se lipeste.
