Asta inseamna ca\u00a0efortul de digestie al corpului tau duce la un consum caloric mai mare decat aportul alimentelor respective. Cu o dieta zilnica plina de astfel de ingrediente, poti sa slabesti pe termen lung in mod sanatos.
