Mai ales daca merge la scoala, el are nevoie de rezerve de energie pentru a se concentra si pentru a parcurge toate activitatile zilnice. De unde isi poate extrage resurse? Vom vedea impreuna in randurile care urmeaza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La scoala, dar chiar si la gradinita, copilul tau este implicat intr-o serie de activitati menite sa ii dezvolte gandirea, rationamentele logice, capacitatea de organizare. Ca sa se concentreze suficient, si, mai ales,\u00a0<strong>eficient<\/strong>, trebuie sa ii asiguri\u00a0<em>combustibilul<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cu cateva saptamani in urma discutam aici <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/de-ce-este-micul-dejun-cea-mai-importanta-masa-zilei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>despre micului dejun<\/strong><\/a> si rolul sau intr-o alimentatie sanatoasa. Dat fiind ca subiectul a fost unul de interes, revenim astazi cu cateva precizari suplimentare si idei pentru parintii ca tine, care inteleg cat este de important micul dejun pentru intreaga familie, dar mai ales pentru copii, cei al caror organism este in plina etapa de crestere si dezvoltare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce spun specialistii?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.3109\/09637486.2013.854750\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>studiu<\/strong><\/a> realizat in anul 2014 de un grup de cercetatori din Cipru, care au studiat indeaproape legatura intre micul dejun si factorii de\u00a0risc cardiometabolic la copiii cu varsta intre 4 si 8 ani, a subliniat faptul ca un copil ce mananca in mod obisnuit un mic dejun format din alimente sanatoase:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consuma mai multi nutrienti esentiali pentru o crestere si dezvoltare sanatoasa decat copilul care sare peste micul dejun.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manifesta un risc mai scazut de a dezvolta pe viitor afectiuni ca obezitatea, diabetul sau bolile cardiovasculare.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Are mult mai multe sanse sa devina un adult cu o alimentatie echilibrata si sanatoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ce trebuie sa contina micul dejun?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>fructe si legume pentru vitamine si minerale<\/li>\n<li>cereale integrale pentru fibre<\/li>\n<li>produse din lapte pentru vitamine, calciu<\/li>\n<li>alimente cu un continut bogat de proteine vegetale\u00a0pentru energie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu intotdeauna poti sa gasesti un preparat care sa contina aceste ingrediente in doza suficienta, asadar ai grija sa variezi continutul micului dejun, in asa fel incat sa le cuprinzi pe toate pe parcursul unei saptamani. Daca ai un copil mofturos la mancare, lasa-l sa aleaga intre mai multe optiuni si, in acest fel, va simti mai putin ca ii este impus.<\/p>\n<h2>Idei pentru un mic dejun hranitor<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Cereale<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incepem cu cea mai populara varianta, fireste. Cerealele sunt o idee buna intotdeauna, intrucat asigura necesarul de fibre. Combinate cu lapte vegetal sau iaurt, eventual si cu cateva fructe confiate sau nuci, au un gust bun si ofera organismului nutrienti importanti pentru buna desfasurare a activitatii in prima parte a zilei. Sunt multe variante posibile, astazi iti propunem dintre ele una\u00a0 pe care o gasesti chiar la promotie pe site-ul nostru:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/musli-crunch-cu-oligofructoza-400-g-292.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>musli cu oligofructoza<\/strong><\/a>. Sandwich sanatos<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe locul doi in topul popularitatii figureaza sandwichurile. Tu in mod sigur esti un parinte responsabil si stii deja ca nu orice sandwich este sanatos si ca trebuie sa te feresti de mezeluri. Vrei sa stii ce ai putea sa faci in plus? Alege paine din faina integrala: aceasta foloseste cereale carora nu li s-a indepartat tarata (coaja) si, prin aceasta, asigura fibrele atat de necesare in alimentatie, imbunatateste tranzitul intestinal si sporeste aportul de nutrienti. O varianta rapida este sa ungi doua felii de paine integrala cu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/unt-de-alune-pasta-de-alune-cremoasa-375g-436.html\"><strong>unt de arahide<\/strong><\/a>. Gris cu lapte<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despre grisul cu lapte putem spune ca este un adevarat aliment al copilariei, iubit de catre cei mici, dar si de cei mari. Se pregateste usor si cunoaste o multime de variatii pentru a satisface si cele mai pretentioase gusturi. Smoothie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smoothie-ul este o alta componenta a micului dejun pe care oricine o indrageste. Fructe sau legume proaspete, mixate pana cand se transforma intr-o spuma delicioasa, cu o consistenta mai groasa sau mai subtire, dupa preferinta. Copiilor le plac mai ales variantele cu banane, pentru ca au un gust specific si o dulceata naturala. Humus<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Humusul este una dintre optiunile de mic dejun care aduc un aport important de proteine vegetale, in acest caz datorita nautului din compozitie. Humusul se mananca la temperatura camerei sau fierbinte, nu de la frigider, cel putin asa se procedeaza in tara de origine a preparatului.\u00a0\u00a0Si humusul poate fi uns, ca si untul de arahide, pe o felie de paine integrala, iar daca ai sa il ornezi cu bucatele de legume, vei reusi in mod cert sa faci sa faci pofta copilului tau. Nu te limita la retete clasica, incearca diferitele\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/reteta-de-humus-clasic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>variante de humus<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0pe care ti le propunem si vezi care <em>prinde<\/em> mai bine la princhindeilor.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Granola<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O combinatie speciala de cereale, crocanta si savuroasa, pe care numai cine nu a gustat-o niciodata nu o iubeste: granola. Cum nu le poti exclude din alimentatie total, alege macar variantele cele mai sanatoase, cele pe care le pregatesti chiar tu in casa. De exemplu, reteta de mai jos, de clatite, este o idee potrivita.
