Datorita continutului de proteine, aceasta este recomandata mai ales vegetarienilor, care nu isi pot extrage proteine din alimentele de origine animala, persoanelor care fac exercitii fizice si, in general, oricarei persoane pe parcursul anotimpului rece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desi poate sa para complicat, sosul bechamel este foarte simplu de pregatit si de integrat in multe alte preparate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lintea este foarte satioasa, asa incat daca o consumi pe post de aperitiv, ai grija sa nu exagerezi, pentru ca te vei satura rapid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din ziua in care ai gatit-o si ai gustat din ea, o vei dori si in zilele in care nu este post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Poti sa pregatesti dupa aceeasi reteta si lintea verde, dar ea nu va fi la fel de pufoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lintea a fost una dintre primele plante cultivata de om pentru alimentatie, inca din Neolitic?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etimologic, numele acestei plante inseamna<em> lentila<\/em> (din latinescul <em>lens<\/em>)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lintea are de 7 ori mai mult fier decat spanacul si de 3 ori mai mult calciu decat majoritatea cerealelor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lintea este o sursa foarte buna de fibre care ajuta la scaderea colesterolului, scaderea nivelului de zahar din organism si imbunatatirea digestiei?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lintea contine zero grasimi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O ceasca de linte fiarta are aproximativ 100 de calorii?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Datorit\u0103 timpului de fierbere redus, lintea este o excelent\u0103 alternativa la <a title=\"Fasole\" href=\"https:\/\/ro.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fasole\">fasole<\/a>, atat in componenta preparatelor pasate, cat si in supa, sau asociata cu orez si legume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lintea este atat o planta alimentara cat si una medicinala.
