De exemplu, pentru reteta de past\u0103 vegetal\u0103 de linte folosim lintea rosie, care fierbe mult mai repede decat cea verde, iar boabele se paseaza mult mai usor, rezultand o pasta cremoasa si cu o aroma deosebita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spre deosebire de lintea verde, lintea rosie nu este necesar sa fie tinuta in apa inainte de fierbere, ceea ce face ca retetele cu linte rosie sa se gateasca in timp mai scurt decat cele cu linte verde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i> Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea contine de 7 ori mai mult fier decat spanacul si de 3 ori mai mult calciu decat cele mai multe dintre cereale?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea a fost una dintre cele dintai plante cultivate si consumate de oameni? Se pare ca originea ei se gaseste in indepartatul Neolitic, iar ramasite ale acesteia au fost descoperite in morminte egiptene cu o vechime de mai mult de 2000 de ani inaintea erei noastre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lintea nu contine deloc grasimi si nici multe calorii?
