In cazul in care ai pus mai multa apa si vezi ca dupa 15 minute aceasta nu a absorbit-o pe toata, se mai poate lasa cateva minute acoperita, fara foc. Daca in continuare nu este absorbit tot lichidul, acesta se va scurge inainte sa amesteci quinoa cu bucatile de legume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quinoa este considerata de catre multi in mod gresit o cereala? In realitate, ea este o pseudocereala, adica are un aspect asemanator, poate inlocui cu succes orice tip de cereala, insa este, de fapt, este inrudita mai degraba cu spanacul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Quinoa nu continde DELOC gluten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exista mai multe tipuri de quinoa pe piata: alba, rosie si neagra? Toate cele trei tipuri au aceleasi componente nutritionale si ofera exact aceleasi beneficii organsimului.
